Woodhall Dental Practice

I have attended Woodhall Dental Practice since it first opened. I have also been treated by Jasmine previously when she worked at Knebworth(nearly 20 yeas in total!). I can only give Jasmin & her husband Nash(who has the hard task of working the reception area) 5 stars for giving such a great service and going the extra mile when needed. Jasmine has treated our family for nearly 20 years and we literally treat Jasmine and Nash as close family friends & if there is an emergency I know I can rely on either Jasmine or Nash to help resolve whatever it is.
Getting back to the Dental Review, Jasmine recently noticed a very small lump in my jaw that I had put down to a gland, however, Jasmine thought differently and I was at the Hospital having a Scan within a few days(NHS) Once again, Jasmine & Nash had looked after me once again!
Now poor Nash does have the worst job of all, not only is he running the business & being the 'brains'(got to praise him) but he also has the less envious job of heading up the reception area! Being as polite as I can, Woodhall is not exactly your Guardian or Times reading population also socially & economically the area is stretched beyond what is normal, so there is a lot of unemployed and has extra social needs & Nash has to deal with the worst side of these who decide to pop in for a chat after collecting their "Daily Green Liquid Prescription" from the Chemist who is nearby! So, poor Nash can have his patience, or is it, his patients stretch his inter-personal skills to the limit & beyond!!! I think I too might be a little short with people if I had to deal with that all day!
If you are looking for an excellent Dentist then Woodhall Dental Practice is the one to go to. Excellent treatment, fair prices & a great referral system within the NHS. You need to get signed up ASAP as they can only take a limited number of NHS patients. So, don't delay & get signed up, you will not regret it..
Prior to meeting Jasmine & Nash I must have had 10 to 15 dentists, since meeting Jasmine we have had one, Jasmine! I very rarely write reviews but had to give not only respect but an excellent review to a hard working couple who deserve to succeed.... Good Luck & Best Wishes, Jon Spencer. I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences here. I went after a gap of 5 years without having a check up. Feeling apprehensive, I turned up to find a very welcoming practice and was soon put at ease. Jasmine is warm, friendly and does a fantastic job of looking after my teeth, so much so that I look forward to my 6 monthly visit!

This is the best practice I have used, nice staff who make you feel at ease, been attending there for a few years now, but due to a move I am no longer close enough, so I have had to change to another practice. I would like to thank you for all your kindness when I been in pain or even no pain on my check ups. Would definitely recommend to others.

I recently had my six-monthly dental check-up with Woodhall Dental Practice. I was very happy with the level of service I received ? such a positive experience! Woodhall Dental Practice are the best! All the staff are very friendly, and my dentist is just superb. I am so happy with her ? the way she explains and makes me feel at ease. It is also very clean, organised and has excellent facilities. I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends. Well done to all at Woodhall Dental Practice and thank you for looking after me.

I was very impressed with both the service and the dental treatment I received at the Woodhall Dental Practice. They were very professional, friendly and the dental work was thorough and delivered with great care. Highly recommend.

The service is absolutely horrible. They care more about money than the customer. I had to cancel an appointment which I called in to attempt to cancel 3 times the day before the appointment and no one was answering the call after which I left a voicemail and tried again in the morning to no avail only to now (6months later) find out that I was charged with a late cancellation fee without any explanation, even though I attempted to call several times and left voicemails.

WOW!!! If you want the WOW!!! Factor then this is the place to go. There's a poster in reception, I think it says regain your smile 😃 but I just kept looking at the woman's beautiful big smile😀 and wishing that I could have a smile like that again, and WOW!!! I haven't stop smiling since I picked up my new top denture plate on Monday and they are so comfy, I forget they are in.
These lovely, lovely ladies, must not forget the hygienist (who also done an amazing job on cleaning my bottom teeth, that was another WOW!!! When I looked in the mirror) have I think performed a miracle on me and I just can't stop smiling, and I can't tell you how much confidence it has given back to me. I tried to make an appointment for myself and my son today. Unfortunately I was met with abrupt, nonchalant receptionist named Nash. He said myself and my son were no longer patients there as it has been a while. I said I hadn't been informed of that he said we don't have to. I said how would I know. He said look we are very busy here and you are no longer patients here thank you bye and hung up. I hadnt experienced rudeness like that from there before and maybe it's best we are not patients there anymore I have used this practice in the past. I do not remember the name of the dentist who I last saw
