Mydentist, St. Peter Street, Tiverton

Whilst their dentist are OK the reception staff are horrendous. They are unable to provide paperwork, they do not respond and they keep hold of deposits after appointments are cancelled. Avoid if you can. Note from your reply that I've been told that "there is no Practice Manager situated at the practice at the moment". Utter Shambles

Jimmy is the most pleasant and caring dentist and together with his lovely nuse provides the highest level of care. He treats me with the highest level of care. The whole practice is very welcoming.

I had a consultation for an implant 2 weeks ago . And today had the procedure. The service of staff was outstanding. So kind and reassuring.
My clinician was really nice and very caring explaining everything.
Everything has been booked quickly.
And kept up to date with phone calls to reassure you on anything i was concerned about.

I already gave a review. But i wanted to add another thank you for fantastic service especially on a Saturday. Received a phone call to check all is well with me. After surgery yesterday.

I have been at this practice for over 40 years and I have seen staff come and go over the years. I recently met my new dentist Alain-initially I was a little apprehensive but I had no reason to be! He was professional, informative and made me feel at ease the whole time. This made me reflect on my long time as a patient of St Peters Street and I can honestly say that although there have been many changes throughout the years, the staff have always been polite, professional and will always go out of their way to help. After my very positive experience today, I felt that I should thank all the staff at the practice for all their help and support to me over the last 40+ years. Thank you everyone 😊 Highly recommended

I’m currently waiting for a hospital referral to have my wisdom tooth out. Alain put a GI filling in until my appointment. Unfortunately due to my tooth the filling keeps coming out!! But Alain and the team manage to fit me in asap to have it replaced (no charge) and are also very welcoming.
I’m very anxious about Dentists but the team are amazing and make me feel at ease. I only have great things to say about the practice and would definitely recommend x

I recently had two crowns fitted. I was kept fully informed throughout the whole process of what would happen and the cost (I'm on a dental plan which is excellent so only had to pay lab fees!). Very happy with the service overall.
