I can't recommend this Dental Practice enough. Staff are super friendly, professional and really make you feel at ease. My 7 year old daughter struggles with anxiety and grinds her teeth at night which is causing damage. Miss Norris was fantastic with her, she recommended a night guard to help and an appointment was made within days. The guard has since been fitted and has helped so much, we really are so grateful! Our experience at at hadleigh dental surgery was nothing but positive and we will continue to use you. Many thanks again.

Visited the practice today which was probably my fourth visit.
I am a nervous patient but I was going in today for the first step of a revised treatment plan.
The last visits I have had several X-rays and explained on more then one occasion how uncomfortable and nervous I felt. Each time I have paid my bill all but it always being quite high
Today I had a clean which the dentist said was below the gum line, I was in the surgery for 26 minutes, when I came out to pay I was told it would be £200.00
I explained that I was not happy about this and queried with the owner, I said I would pay for the clean but basically I was told by the owner to find somewhere more suited to my needs!!!
I am disgusted at the total lack of empathy and customer service, this practice quite clearly are only concerned about the money and in these circumstances we’re happy to get me off their books.
Such a terrible shame as the previous private dentist on the high street closed as the owner retired, he was a perfect gentleman with the most incredible way with nervous patients.
The above practice should be ashamed and I will be taking my complaint further

I recently had to find my dad a dentist after he suffered terrible toothache during out of hours, he was seen & treated the same day. He was so grateful for the wonderful & prompt service he received from Dr Singh & his team.

Originally went to this practice with pain from a tooth when biting down on it, after many visits and treatments costing over six hundred pounds I still have the same problem with the tooth, but now also have pain when eating or drinking anything hot or cold. When I arrived at the practice for my last appointment I was told that I wouldn’t be seeing my usual dentist today and would I mind waiting, without being given any reason or any idea of how long I’d have to wait. I was shown to a different waiting room and fifteen minutes after my appointment time I was told that I would be seeing my usual dentist after all and was asked to move waiting rooms again. A further ten minutes passed and I was then informed that I would not be able to see a dentist within the time frame that I had available. This was a sixty mile round trip wasted for me and I do not understand why the practice did not call me prior to the appointment as it was clear they knew there would be a substantial delay upon my arrival. I have nothing to recommend about this practice and certainly will not be returning there.

I attended the surgery on 4th and 5th October. On both occasions the administrators were very helpful. As for the dentist, I am grateful for his work.
I saw the dentist last time in 2016 for a removable bridge, which in my case was a necessity. This bridge, in the last 6 to 7 years, had allowed me to eat without pain and to enjoy the experience too. This month he demonstrated his specialised skills again in working on a tooth, in contact with the bridge, that needed filling. Thank you.
On a personal level, the dentist talked to me as if I came to the clinic recently not in 2016, which reassured me and added to my confidence. His practical advice about hygienic care for bridges is also invaluable.

Firstly Dr Singh is fantastic!!!
Unfortunately we have not been registered with him other than for initial work I had done which was superb. Mine and my husbands care was OK but other dentist not personable at all. However, our son (3) was registered as a NHS patient with them and had an accident and needed to see the dentist. After waiting 3.5 hours for a call back they refused to see him and told me to call NHS 111. I called Damira in Sudbury who saw him within an hour, x-rayed his teeth and were absolutely amazing. Needless to say we are all now with Damira.

Very highly recommended for efficient and very friendly everyday dentistry, as well as for NHS trauma and broken tooth dentistry. Dr Singh is brilliant with children and teenagers.
