Very busy practice at 4.00 Slick reception service. Could do with a bigger seating area had to stand for awhile. Been coming here for over 10 years so the practice has seen changes. Now has a mobile reminder service - so no forgetting appointments. Very happy with my dentist. Extremely professional and thorough care. Good communication ad regards care of death a longer term care plan for treatments. Would recommend this surgery, but perhaps get an appointment after 9.00 as lots of school children and students at 4.00. Good five star rating for this dental service

I’ve been coming to this dentist for quite a few years now, and they have been great. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about them. I had problems with my baby tooth, out of hours, when I was 27 a few years ago and I had to pay through the nose for treatment on a Sunday. The out of hours dentist were telling me my gums were awful and I had to pay hundreds to sort it, luckily I had a check with this place, and they were lovely and reassuring and most of all, honest! The reception staff are always friendly and welcoming to! I also recommend my family to join!

I am a very anxious dentist visitor and hadn't been for 3 years. Anna immediately put me at ease and when it was time for the treatments, has been kind, gentle and understanding.
I still have more work to be done but am so much more relaxed about going.
The receptionists are also really pleasant and the whole experience us as good as a trip to the dentist can be!

Dentist was very good - patient and understanding of my concerns. When I asked the receptionists if the standard check-up included cleaning and polishing the teeth - as detailed in the guidelines - they tried to insist that this would only be very basic and that I'd have to pay for a private dental hygienist appointment to have it done properly. In spite of this the dentist offered me the cleaning and polishing and did a very good job of it.

The receptionists have been nothing but lovely always tries to accommodate my needs for me always let me know if issues with my dentist not available.
I ended up with a new dentist Anna who literally put me out of my misery as I was in so much pain! Just the whole atmosphere is lovely! People are lovely I’ve never had any issues.

My recent visit to my dentist on the 27th september 2022 was a tooth extraction. I usually have a phobia of going to the dentist, but the man really put me at ease. Talking through the procedure step by step the whole time. I highly recommend my dentist to everyone.

The receptionist was welcoming and after a very brief wait I was seen by the dentist who carried out the inspection, we discussed my dental health and I left after making a new appointment for my next inspection in 6 months

My dentist calls in sick pretty much every time I have an appointment booked and they always cancel on me last minute. But they will keep my deposit if I cancel on them for same reason. It’s really bad service here.
