I just got my teeth cleaned and whitened. I was well looked after. I was slightly nervous having my teeth examined. The dentist and nurse kept me reassured and relax all the way through the procedure. I could not ask for a better dental experience. My teeth are a lot brighter and whiter, makes a huge difference. 100% recommend Nitika and Jane.

Have been going 60 years to this dentist the pandemic for last two years, . Yet has chucked me off register without no warning. Thanks for understanding of shielding during COVID. (Response to their review) The review on behalf of my mother. Also nice try to say my name is not registered but i was on practice books too as i had private whitening with Keedy prior to pandemic and NHS checks for first 24 years of my life.

avoid this place if your nhs, sub standard work, with no care given, if you try to make a complaint that something is not correct your accused of something you konw nothing about! you try to sort out like adults through email but they refused to put right the wrong they do, has been reported to NHS dental, total refusal to put right what they done wrong! it's all about money not care, sub standard work then charge the nhs, then remove you from dentist for there bodged work because you stood up for your rights but this place done care, but you'll read a reply that will say " we tryed to sort out the problem " ... , ive got your emails to prove you did not try to resolve this matter,

This Place is a shambles, The manger is well stuck up her own backside and her staff are incompetent. They dont clean their equipment, i sat down and the tray where their tools sit to examin your teeth where covered in blood. I had to walk out with no treatment as it made me feel sick.

I have been with this practice for 20 years. I have had a mouth for a lot longer, but been to some terrible dentists in the past. The receptionists are really good, and I think I have found some good dentists here. Doesn't stop me having problems with my teeth, but they are dealt with quickly.

Always considered myself a nervous patient but Dr Keady has on each visit put me at ease, showed me kindness and empathy and I only wish I’d found her sooner. I’ve been a patient at the practice for the last four years, the practice is always clean and runs to time. The reception staff and dental nurses have always been polite and even during the challenges of covid I was able to keep up my routine check ups. Thank you Dr Keady and team for understanding fears and keeping my smile as healthy as it can be

Terrible customer service. I last attended in 2019. Since the pandemic I have been shielding. Now that I'm double vaccinated I feel safe to go back to the dentist, only to be told I'm no longer registered and can only be seen privately. The receptionist rudely told me "Well, we were open throughout the pandemic so you could have booked an appointment".

50yrs a patient, probably longer than most that work there have lived, yet I’m dropped as a NHS patient and cast aside!....disgusting customer service and customer care! Although they insist I’m not cast aside, as I join a 20 page waiting listing to be seen again, even though to date they admit they haven’t seen the first person on page!.....although their happy to see me as a ‘private patient’ and can fit me straight in!!
Disgusting behaviour and business model, aimed at getting as many on their books, then cast them aside as NHS patients, but happy to take their money for private care, without even knowing peoples circumstances or caring if they can even afford or not…..disgusting attitude and behaviour!!

Please don’t just answer this post with a simple ‘Cut & Paste’ as you seem to like doing from previous replies!!

For the record and Background to my circumstances; my last appointment was end of 2017, was told I didn’t need to be seen for 2yrs (although they wont admit this now...surprising that!), tried to get a check-up end of 2019 but none available, then start of 2020 Covid hit, isolation etc and only now after double Vaccination do I feel comfortable to again go for a check-up, only to then be told I’ve been kicked off the NHS list!
Tried appealing to Practice Manager and also to owner, neither wanted to listen or cared, but were all to quick to blame the Government and Brexit…..not their Business Model…..DISGUTING BEHAVIOUR!! – AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE
