Guildford Dental Centre

I have visited Dr Tan on a number of occasions and am a very nervous patient. However, his understanding of nervous patients and his ability to put you at ease has made going to the dentist no longer a terrifying prospect. Not only that but he managed to save my tooth when I had been advised twice before that it needed to come out. When I first had treatment I had to have sedation as I was so scared but now I have such trust in Dr Tan that I now believe I wouldn't need to again. He's quite simply the best dentist I've been to and I don't intend to change!

Recently finished my Invisalign treatment with one of the Dentists at the practice, Tessa.
Had the best overall experience, Tessa has a way of calming you down and is always up for a chat which I personally love! My teeth now also look perfect, which has improved my confidence massively!!
The practice is clean and the waiting area is beautiful too, which is a big plus to attending!

I have been treated by Jonathan Tan for over twenty years and have always received friendly,caring,and painless treatment. I have also been consistently impressed with his expertise and the quality of his work. I have never had any problems with any treatment carried out and these days am far more relaxed about visiting the dentist than I used to be. I would thoroughly recommend this clean and well-managed practice.

Kavi was very good with my child and we didn’t feel rushed. She was chatty letting me know of issues with teeth.

Recently attended the practice for my first ever hygienist appointment. Parampreet not only provided an excellent level of service on the day, but was kind enough to give me some expert advice on how to maintain a good level of dental hygiene moving forward, with some daily routines to follow. I would highly recommend Guildford Dental Centre both in terms of results as well as the kind and accommodating nature of the people who work there, all of whom made me feel very welcome on the day.

I’ve been coming to Guildford Dental Centre since I was young and I simply couldn’t go anywhere else. My dentist, Derek creates a brilliant atmosphere and has guided me through multiple procedures such as Invisalign and composite bonding.

Derek is knowledgeable and fair. Always open with advice on what would be the best treatment and the most cost affective. I can’t recommend him enough especially for cosmetic dentistry!

A few months ago I had the pleasure of being under Dr Tans care for a wisdom tooth extraction. Prior to the treatment I was extremely nervous, and nearly didn’t go through with it. Dr Tan did an excellent job from start to finish paying very close detail to everything he did. The process went so smooth I didn’t even realise when the first tooth had been taken out! I never thought dentistry could be so pain free. Thank you :)

Great welcome as always by Jackie who’s a first rate receptionist. Very disappointed that there were no Christmas decorations making the surgery looked austere and unseasonal, not customer friendly.
