Regency House Dental Practice

I really can’t praise Mr Ram and Liz enough for their consistent care and attention over these last two years. I’m very happy with the results of the orthodontic treatment that I’ve had. Their patience, professionalism and attention to detail is such that I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone who is considering orthodontic treatment.

Poor diary management plagues this surgery. You book appointments well in advance with reception only for them to ring up a few weeks before to cancel. The favoured excuse is that your clinician has now booked holiday on a day they already have appointments scheduled. Emergencies happen and I get that but its happened more than what I would say is acceptable at this practice. It shows poor practice management and a complete disrespect for patients.

I have been a patient at Regency House for almost 5 years now. The receptionists are friendly and helpful and appointments have always been available within a reasonable amount of time, be it for regular check ups or more urgent appointments. I visit Mrs Ram who is both welcoming and professional, offering helpful oral care advice as well as the actual check up and treatments - I would 100% recommend the practice.
