MyDentist have been a wonderful practice. They have always had appointments when needed and within 2 weeks of registering I had my new patient appointment and a wisdom tooth extraction. The reception team have always been very helpful and welcoming. Mr Ahmed was very thorough and explained all of the investigations and treatment in depth, and provided excellent aftercare.

I’ve been coming to this practice as a private patient for several years. The service I have received has always been second to none. On my most recent visit I was dealt with by a new to me dentist who was extremely thorough and nothing too much trouble. My wife and children are now hoping to move to this practice in due course.

I've been coming to this dentist for years and i have always had the best treatment possible from all the staff. The receptionists, dental nurses, hygienists and dentists are all very professional and friendly. I would recommend this practice wholeheartedly along with my particular dentist Dr Sameh Ahmed.

I have recently undergone a dental implant procedure after being referred to this practice by my own dentist. I found the whole process easy with Sameh ( Dr Ahmed) explaining what was going on every step of the way. I'm very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend them.

Horrible experience most of the time. Most of my visits get cancelled (out of last 4 visits 3 were cancelled for various reasons). Now I broke my teeth and have to wait 6 weeks. No emergency appointments available.

Professional behaviour - Calling around the dentists all around the area and did not have luck until I called this practice. Since the call, I have been dealt with respect and was surprisingly given an appointment the day after. A notification is sent on a phone to help remind patients about the date, time and practitioner. When I came into the practice I was greeted by a receptionist and quickly sent to a spacious waiting room whilst following the Covid guidelines.
The doctor I was seeing was Dr Ahmed and throughout the visit the level of professionalism was astounding. I was referred to right and was explained what is being done every step of the way. The check-up is very thorough, I went to a lot of different dentists and none of them had findings like this one. Having explained the lifestyle changes and home dental care, I was then asked if I want to do any treatments that were proposed at the dentist then. I agreed on wisdom tooth removal and it was done quickly and painless. The dentist was checking up on me through the procedure and is great at managing patient expectations and potential fear in patients by asking if I wanted to stop and that I have control. In the end, I was greeted out and asked if I have any additional questions and if I'm comfortable leaving, showing even more compassion and professionalism from the doctor. I would definitely recommend this dental practice and will come back to it in the future.

I have been a dental patient with Liverpool Road since the original dental practice started and have remained since it became part of the My Dentist brand.
I have always felt that I received an excellent level of service from the staff, being polite, enthusiastic, professional and helpful.
I was even able to access the practice during the more testing Covid period for treatment for a broken front tooth.
I have just completed a course of treatment and I am extremely satisfied with the level of service, advice, care and the treatment i received.
I'll be back for my regular dental in six months.
