Dagenham Dental

I have been coming to this dental practice for 62 years and my wife for 52 and our children till they left home and moved away. We have always found all the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. The very few times in all those years we have had a problem with our teeth we have been seen as soon as possible and nothing has been too much trouble. We would thoroughly recommend this dental practice.

Had an appointment with Muhammad today, as always the service was friendly, relaxed and worth the wait.

Highly recommend Muhammad’s service, and this practice. Been registered since a child with previous owners but very happy with the change over.

Not friendly but got the job done from what I remember. I haven’t been to this dentist since 2017. I attempted to book an appointment this year and was told they could not find me, “I can’t find you, are you sure I have the right practice?”. I have lived in the area for a long time so I was sure this was the correct practice. I was found when the receptionist did a deeper search. I was then told I would need to be book on as a new patient, I “can’t just book in when there’s availability”, I would have to wait until December. This is fair enough seeing as I haven’t been in a while but the attitude of the receptionist has remained the same all these years. So cold and unsympathetic, for what reason? I could barely get a word in & the call was far from friendly. I’m surprised I could only see around 5 similar reviews on this. I will try and register elsewhere.

I moved to the area and wanted to register with a dentist. I rang this practice on 7th July 2022. Spoke to the lovely vicky who was very helpful. She did not automatically try to get me to go private to raise funds for the practice. She checked if I qualified for nhs. I qualified for nhs but decided to go private. Vicky is a great advert for this dental practice.

I think I was the subject of discrimination. I came to this dentist in March 2022. the receptionist gave me the first appointment only in September, telling me that they don't have any place available until September. I don't think anyone deserves to be treated like that, even if they are a new patient. I waited until September thinking that I would be called that a place had become available, but in September they called me to reschedule because it was the queen's funeral. I was very disappointed. rude, do not recommend.

Thank you to Dr Muhammad. He made me feel comfortable and safe. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. He shared a lot of information with me and made me understand my teeth better as well as some good recommendations. I hope he is there again in my next check up in 6 months time.

Muhammad is amazing at what he does! Always makes sure you feel comfortable & is so thorough with his work. Elizabeth is also amazing! Can’t fault Dagenham dental at all. Brilliant place with brilliant staff.

Great service, i highly recommend this dentist the staff are very friendly, supportive and polite. They can do their jobs really well and are very understanding, I’m really greatful for their service and in general for everything!!!
