Mydentist, Westbury Park, Newcastle-Under-Lyme

I had problems with a front tooth that needed a crown. The previous dentist I’d been to had quoted me a lot of money so I decided to go NHS at Westbury Park Dental Surgery.
It’s always a bit daunting going to the dentist but I was really pleased with my choice of dentist and the treatment I received. I needed to go a couple of times to have the work done. I’d have no problem recommending this practice to anyone. I was dealt with professionally and very competently. Everything was explained to me and the whole experience was reassuring and painless. Excellent.

Thanks to the team at this practice for all being lovely and helpful. I had a dental problem during lockdown and was nervous to get help but the dentist mr khan and his assistant were both really kind and helpful more than I expected they made the work I had done a breeze...can't thank them enough really. The receptionist also really polite and helpful on the phone and in person. Thanks to all of you

Shockingly bad practice and will cancel your appointments less than 24 hours to it.

This practice has caused me so much hassle it’s beyond funny. I am currently undergoing a very expensive and continuous treatment which require regular scheduled appointments. However, 5 times have so far they have rung me to cancel appointments, which two of them, were hours before my appointment was scheduled for. Delay them weeks after. As you can imagine this has cost me my holidays from work and having to rebook time for these appointments. I have felt discomfort in my treatment which I was advised my dentist would call me back that day, which never happens. Then finally scheduled for an EMERGENCY treatment as I am in pain and my teeth becoming dis-aligned from this wonderous £2500+ treatment. A week later, just for them cancel once again. My treatment started in November 2021 and supposed to finish around April. With all these delays and bad practice care, it is now July 2022 and still multiple treatments needed. Avoid if you wish to go private.

An amazing dental practice with very helpful staff such as Paulius and Marie who is a great respectful receptionist and obviously Paul who is a fantastic dentist who puts you at ease with everything even fabulous throughout the pandemic.

Have had a real fear of going to the dentist for years. Made an appointment to see Paulius and my fear has completely disappeared.He is so kind & understanding & literally no pain . Fantastic dentist

Fantastic dental practice. Paulius Libonas is an amazing dentist and for someone like myself who is literally on the verge of a panic attack during a visit, he is a godsend. Paul's calming and understanding manner, combined with his humour, makes it possible for me to complete an appointment, when I didn't think I would be able to. Thank you.
