Coven Dental Surgery

I am terrified of the dentist, but here they are really good with me, I recently had a tooth out, they waited for the injections to take affect, and I felt nothing, for someone like me who is scared, it takes a lot to put my trust in a dentist, but these guys have now got mine.

It's ok. The hedge of the front of the practice means you can not see anyone walking on the pavement when exiting the car park mean I almost run over a child and mother. Dental car ok. Tho they don't talk you through what's going on. Or give ant other advice for treatment. I had a absese in my mouth for almost 3 weeks before treatment and bits are falling of it. . You get bullied for having mental health problems Anxity panic attacks by letters staying they will remove you from the pratace. NHS care of what that should do and can do is poor. Signs on walls about teeth being crooked and they will fix is offence to people on NHS care who can not afforded the treatment. Update. They have taken me of the books becouse they changed one appointment with out telling me. 2nd I was having a really bad day with my anxiety so couldn't attend so Counciled the appointment and the 3rd the appointment was made a deiffrant day to what we agreed. I will be making a formal complaint

My wife and I have used this dental practice now for 15 years. Would I recommend it?? You bet I would. The staff are friendly and always greet you with a smile. Today I had to go and have a post and crown refitted. No talk of a more expensive procedure, or more treatment. The old one was duly cleaned and refitted. For around £20. One reviewer claimed he was recommended a 5 grand replacement. I don't believe that for one minute. In the past 15 years we have only been asked to pay the standard NHS charges, which the dentist has no control over. If anyone has a problem with this dentist, I would suggest the problem lies with them, not the dentist.
Would I give them 5 stars??? What do you think?

Bad costumer service i don’t why some of these are a dentist they don’t even know what they were doing

Stay away at all costs, personally they could have killed me I am allergic to penicillin and they gave me antibiotics with penicillin a few years a go and it could have killed me!! My mother in law who is 70 has just visited unbeknown too me and the overcharged her by more than
pounds !!!! And did not even do full examination. We called and got no answers from the most unhelpful staff ever ! I have called 5 other dentists and they all said should have only been charged tier 1 not tier 2 for the work carried out !!!

Just had my first appointment here and feeling very well looked after. Friendly staff and easy to park. Thank you!

My husband had treatment here and they charged him as a private patient and didn’t inform him. As he trusted them he didn’t question it until he told me what they had done. Rang and complained but they said they advised him!! Total lie. Dentist total rubbish I went for check up as I was in discomfort with a chipped tooth. Just prodded it and said it was fine and told me to see hygienist. Avoid at all costs.

Not providing scale and polish, need to see a hygienist for £38 for 20 mins. They should inform you of this before the appointment. Dentist prodded my chipped tooth and said he'll give me an x Ray next time. I was in and out in seconds, absolute waste of £50 for me and my partner.
