Had 2 fillings done today, I suffer with anxiety regarding dentists/medics - I had a thoroughly lovely dentist she was incredibly understanding. Procedure was quick and it was completely pain free. Very grateful to the team, I don't think I'll have a problem visiting in the future. I definitely recommend this practice especially if you have anxiety/phobia they're patient and understanding

A very very poor experience with this practice. We were running late and i called. We arrive at around 10mins late and the dentist refused to see us. The staff were obviously talking about us in the back office as i was clearly upset. I was told by one person the dentist had gone home and another said he wasn't able to see me. So was the dentist there or not? I was clearly upset to the point of tears as i waited and they couldn't even see my 11 year old son. I have had 2 appointments cancelled by the dentist and the dentist couldn't show some compassion and see my son. The last appointment we had we were in and out in less than 6 mins. I've also had to wait when they are running late. Very very let down bybthis practice and makes me feel that as all others they have no heart and just want ti make money and not understand patient care. What made it worse is that my 11 year old son saw the staff laughing in the back office and said he didn't wven want to be there after that....

Edit- i have always received excellent service.
Unfortunately the most recent visit has changed this and i will not be returning .
I had a cap replaced several weeks ago, this started to cause problems. The dentist gave antibiotics and said if that didnt improve, that i would need to be referred and to call up to and ask for this to be done . I phoned yesterday as there was no improvement and also a lump had appeared that was slightly worrying. .they said I couldn't be seen by another dentist ( apparently they can't read the previous notes ??!) As the treatment would need to be restarted . I was then booked in this morning as the first appointment. Having waited 15 minutes I politely asked how long it was likely to be to be told it was a double booked appointment and I had been told that yesterday and it would be 15- 20 minutes wait. ( in a very patronising manner).i was not told this.i have had to leave work, take time off and leave colleagues short staffed. I would not have booked a double booked appointment
I waited a further 10 minutes before deciding that I wasn't going to wait any longer as I had told my work I would only be an hour .
Such a shame after such a good and positive experience with dental team, the receptionist has lost you a client.

My first time there,I have a real fear of dentists due to something that happened when I was young at the school dentist.
I hadn't seen a dentist in 26 years that is how bad my phobia is.
All I can say is the dentist and dental nurse are amazing they really made me feel comfortable ,unfortunately I have to have all my teeth removed and have dentures.
I'm really looking forward to my next appointment I never ever thought I would be saying that.

Dr Deol is lovely and great at what she does with her expertise & advice 😊 everyone is always welcoming! As are the staff on reception - they really do make your day. So busy yet so kind❤

I am very pleased with the treatment I received by the Hygienist Joy. She and her nurse are very skilled, professional and welcoming. I really appreciate all the precious advice I received to help me keep my teeth and gum healthy until my next treatment. I even got some samples of toothpastes and interdental brushes.

Went fie a checkup. The Dentist was softly spoken and very calming. I made the appointment after looking up Dentists for nervous patients. I need 2 fillings after not going for 6 years after having a bad experience with another Dentist. Somehow I'm not worried about going to Holbrooks Dentist.

I've always had a good experience with these and I hate dentist's. It's difficult to get through at the moment since covid but they have rang me back as soon as possible. All staff have always been polite and friendly when I have attended .
