Not been to a dentist for several years had some uncomfortable experience's in the past. So happy with service and the very last minute filling of my tooth(only there for a check up)! Feel happy to go back in six months!

First time to a dentist due to horrible childhood fear. So I was pretty terrified. Receptionist was very understanding when I was booked in and dentist took extra time to make me comfortable.
Very helpful with moving appointments last minute.

Over the past year or so, I’ve been in and out getting work done due to my sweet tooth. I couldn’t rate this surgery higher. 👌🏽

I can say that my recent wisdom tooth extraction, and root canal treatment (which have been the most savage for me in the past) were far less of a big deal that I anticipated.

Had some real painful times in the seat with other dentists that just don’t seem to care, smashing metal about in your mouth.

Just left today with a crown fitted after a root canal treatment that was a breeze in comparison to my previous experience in another surgery 😖

Thanks for relieving that pain! 🙏🏽

Awful. Every time I've gone in he's been blunt and uncaring.

I went back in after receiving a phone call to say that I had not attended and would need to re-register; popped in, completed my forms, sat in the chair and he just says "I don't want patients that won't attend for years. You need to find another dentist".

God knows why I took a morning off work for this s**t.
Especially when my time as his patient was terrible too!

I remember having my mouth forced closed on the x-ray wedge which cut the inside of my gums up on the sharp plastic.

The dentist is never meant to be "nice" but I have hands down had my worst experiences here.

Glad to be looking for another practise.

I have been attending Elm Street practise for around 4/5 years. The surgery was recommended to me by a friend after explaining that I had terrible problems with a few of my teeth in the surgery I was at during that time.

The surgeon has always done his upmost to make sure I felt safe and put me completely at ease even though I’m terrified of needles (and the dentist) full stop due to past experiences.

The receptionist & assistants are also as helpful & accommodating.

I usually see my dentist back at home, however I was recommended to see this dentists. I have only seen him twice and I am about 99% sure he did a filling which I did not need. Every time I've seen him him given me a filling. The most recent visit has left me with extremely sensitive tooth, I can't even eat certain food, because it hurts, plus the filling is so thick and is covering my whole tooth that I can't close my mouth now.
I visit my dentist back at home annually and for the third year in a row she says how healthy my teeth are and that I have no holes and suddenly I have two holes in 6 months. :(

This place should be avoided.

I had an infection caused by a wisdom tooth coming through. The dentist tried to sell me his private services at various prices for a wisdom tooth extraction. He told me on the NHS I would have to wait 'a long time.' He finished his sales pitch off with a warning that I could lose all feeling in my tongue if I didn't have it sorted soon. I've since registered with a new dentist and they explained the various options available to me and that it's only a two week wait for wisdom tooth extraction on the NHS under local anesthetic. This dentist is therefore only interested in making money for himself.

I also requested a copy of my X ray from them. They are asking for a £10 fee for it (that's fine) and an additional £20 for a missed appointment that I never booked. Apparently the £20 missed appointment fee is because this is the cost under private care for missing an appointment. I never paid or requested private care or scheduled an appointment. I paid NHS prices and only ever visited under the provision that this place was NHS.

They're after your money. Go elsewhere. They have appointments at short notice for a reason.

I have been trying to contact the clinic for a month. They haven’t been picking up my calls even though they are open.
