Audley Dental Practice

Myself and my partner will never return to this practice. The dentist is friendly, and we have no concerns regarding our dental treatments. However the lady who works at the reception desk is terrible and lets the practice down. She will not book anybody an appointment after 2pm as she likes to leave early. The practice is closed by 3pm on most days.(Even though the times advertised say otherwise). This makes it impossible to book an appointment after most people finish work. We are usually waiting at least 3 weeks for an appointment, even if the treatment required is important and you are in pain or uncomfortable, you are still made to wait. She is also quite rude and patronising, overall not at all helpful or accomadating to patients. I also find the waiting area to be very dated and dark. It is not at all a very welcoming dental practice.

The receptionist sandra rang a few days before my appointment was due to remind me she was very polite the treatment i recieved up to now has been very good had a filling on28/11/19 and even the injection didnt hurt theyvexplained everything thatcwere going to do well done everyone and the dentist laura

Wouldnt even give 1 star. We were told wed recieve a phonecall on when they could fit our kids on for an appointment, we never received a phone call so we went in and asked, the receptionist spoke to us horribly and like children talking down to us. She also tired to say we've missed 6 appointments over the years but we've only lived around hear a year. Bad attitude, no respect.

Have used this practice regularly and have always received brilliant treatment, great staff and dentists alike, would recommend this practice highly.

Sandra is lovely on reception . We've had to change our appointments several times recently and there was no problem . Dentist is ok quite informative

Great experience for a dental surgery Wuss- very kind team - explained everything clearly, and delivered great results . Excellent care in the climate of the Covid extra measures too. First Class.
