Ice Surgeries

Sorry for the late review. Been a hectic few months. Well, what can I say. I used to love seeing Mr Dhillon and when he had to change surgeries I was a bit concerned as I have had many dentists over the years in different parts of the country who were horrendous and he made me relaxed and confident about going to the dentist. So, I was very nervous about seeing Serena. Well, I am delighted to say the she was brilliant. Professional, informative and totally put me at ease. I have no qualms about going back now and would highly reccommend Ice Surgeries for all dental work. Reception staff and dental assistants are great too. Keep up the good work.

My 2 children and I have been with Ice Surgeries for a number of years now and so handy having such a great dental practice on my doorstep. The receptionists are super helpful, and very efficient, and our new dentist, Serena, is lovely- taking time to chat and make everyone feel at ease whilst maintaining professionalism

Nothing is too much trouble for this dental practice. I was taken on as en emergency patient last year and have stayed. Staff are brilliant with me as I am a very nervous patient. When I cracked a tooth recently they squeezed me in to an already tight schedule. Receptionist Katy is just lovely and will do all she can to get me booked in when I need treatment always working around my shifts and busy life. I would highly recommend this dental practice. If it is top class service that you want and friendly caring staff. Amazing!!!

Having suffered dental phobia for years, this practice is excellent at reassuring and making me feel comfortable. From the receptionist to the dentist to the hygienist and assistants, all have been brilliant today enabling me to get through my treatment. Thank you so much to all and would say to anyone else like me just let the staff know and they can accommodate, nothing was too much trouble at all. Thank you x

As a nervous patient who avoided the dentist for many years I’ve found Ice and the dentists to be exactly what I needed to put me at ease.
I’ve had several procedures now and always been great.
With the state of NHS dentistry across large swathes of the UK it’s great that we have such a good practice in the village.

Attended surgery with an emergency appointment, only made yesterday so seen very quickly. Seen by Alex, who was very informative - treatment excellent. All staff very friendly and helpful! I’m a nervous patient, but Alex was very calming.. thank you!

For our first visit to the surgery, our appointment was with Serena Hoyte-Allen and she was so welcoming. Absolutely lovely with my young daughter as well. All staff we encountered were friendly and professional.
