Would leave 0 stars if i could. This dental clinic never answers their phone calls despite how layed back their receptionists were when we walked in. We also received glares and an unwelcoming presence from staff when we came. I asked for an urgent appointment and was told i was no longer a patient there and had to wait until august or go find another clinic. The staff werent even sympathetic and could have easily sorted my situation after knowing i was already in the system/ past customer.

My mom also came to check on the status of my little sisters dental application (as she was told the clinic would ring her back) but the rude receptionist said they are “too busy to call anyone back” and that my mom had to ring herself despite being told that the clinic would ring her back before. The staff further showed they have “piles of work and its impossible to ring people back” but isnt that part of your job? 🙂 They checked and said that my sister was in the system but the receptionist said to still come back in august to apply again. How does that make sense?

Overall, very rude and unpolite staff. Definitely going elsewhere now

Called as I wanted to see a doctor I had seen months ago . Lady who answered was rude and unprofessional. Said they were fully booked till November and the doctor was busy too . She said I wasn’t registered there anymore since I had not seen anyone since I last registered . Can’t imagine how these people work and don’t even have the courtesy as they so called receptionists . And another thing they never answer the phone tooo ! I actually got through after weeks of trying . Good luck coming here .

Worse dentist ever waiting 2 months for an appointment for them to cancel on the day!
They never ever answer the phone and when they do it gets cut of excuse is always staff shortages that they never manage to sort!

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, I’m now going on 22, so probably the best part of 20 years maybe? Getting an appointment is literally impossible, they don’t answer the phone, EVER. The reception staff are rude and blunt to say the least. You attend for your appointment and they have you waiting way over your appointment times. I had a filling done next to a tooth that had a filling that was only around 6 months old, had no problems until they did the new one and then it broke away. They refused to accept that it was damaged whilst the other was fitted, so I had to pay for that to be repaired, which took weeks to get an appointment to even have the work done. This weekend I had a filling come away that had also only been done in March, the nerve of my tooth was exposed and getting through to these was once again, impossible. When I finally did get through they said they didn’t even have a dentist in that day? Sorry, is this not a dental practice?😂 So I spoke with NHS 111 and they said to ask for an urgent dental assessment, the receptionist told me what they consider urgent is life threatening situations such as heavy blood loss… and that they have no appointments until January. So I’m just expected to put up with an exposed nerve that’s making even talking difficult due to the air hitting it, struggling to eat or drink or even brush my teeth properly. Luckily Severn dental have been able to give me an appointment today, happily never going back to this practice because it does not give a **** about it’s patients and their sole interest is money👐🏻

3 years I’ve waited for a new denture to be done constantly cancelled my appointments different dentists all the time having new X-rays done and check ups was being referred to specialists to have teeth removed not heard anything now I’m having to phone 111 as got another abscess they don’t answer phones staff are rude worst dentists ever covid is no excuse anymore don’t go here it’s awful

Really Really worst experience with this dentist...this dentist is a nightmare. I had v bad infection after waited whole night in pain ,called them every single morning for whole week but I failed to get appointment.they torture me whole week.then I change my dentist they gave me treatment and they were shocked too and ask me question that your dentist was in uk. sadly....same happened to my daughter and they didn't gave her appointment finally we change our dentist for all our family.

My sons had a cracked tooth first appointment was 2 weeks then they cancelled it twice. Now have to wait another month . Disguising

My daughter needed feeling her teeth, it had a hole on it, she was on pain, waited more than 3 months for an appt. Nearer to her appointment date, I had a text saying they would have to postpone the appointment. No nearer date for appointment, nearly another 2months! which is unacceptable. I beg the receptionist to facilitate earlier date, she wasn`t interested to listen to me, all she was saying is "I can`t do anything about it". What a rubbish service. My daughter in pain for more than 3 months. I wouldn`t recommend this dental to anyone.
