Walford Mill Dental Care

Just read the previous review and note the contributor also posted a disparaging review of another dentist previously. Perhaps it not the dentist that needs to look at their attitude.
Dr Greenway and staff are kind helpful and only carry out procedures that are required in a calm relaxed atmosphere. They will always try to fit things around the patient needs if possible but being such a good team are never quiet for very long so you do have to be as flexible as possible
You will not find a better dentist easily.

Horrific experience. Just a money-making business. Performed surgeries which were unnecessary. Doesn't listen or care about what patient wants. Bad examination room with extremely bright lighting . Save your money and go somewhere else if you have any dental issues.

Having just completed a course of dental treatment at Walford Mill spanning over a year, I feel well placed to write this review.
The team here are skilled, professional and - equally importantly- are extremely kind, caring and patient. Dr Greenway always makes you feel you are the most important patient in the world. All treatments and options were discussed fully with me, and I never had any doubt that the treatment I was receiving was in my very best interest. Reception and nursing staff are lovely - that hand on your shoulder helps a lot.
Nobody likes going to the dentist, but this is probably as close as you will get.

My Family and I have been using Walford Mill Dental Care for many years and have always been treated with the utmost care, courtesy and professionalism by Dr Greenway and his team. Over the years I’ve had my fair share of dental emergencies and have never had any doubts or concerns over the treatments or the standard of care I have received. The entire team have always acted in my best interests and often gone above and beyond what one would expect when one has not been as vigorous with the toothbrush as one should have over the years. The environment at Walford Mill Dental Care is relaxing and calming and always welcoming. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Greenway and his team.

I hadn't been to the dentist for a long time after some unpleasant experiences in the past. When I registered here and saw Dr Rodrigues, I was immediately put at ease. She took time to talk through my x-rays and the work that needed to be carried out.

Dr Rodrigues and team were kind and understanding during my treatments. Dr Rodrigues also took the time to explain the work that she had carried out at the end of each appointment.

The whole team are friendly and supportive, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this surgery to other people.
