I didn't see why people were giving bad reviews.
I was weary of going because of the 1* they had but I'm really satisfied with my treatment while there.
Upon arrival the receptionists were so lovely and polite,
The dentist was really Good and I'm happy I've gotten something to treat my pain!
I recommend The Manor Dental Surgery!

First visit was very busy, about a year ago. Maybe school holidays. Dentist and staff all friendly. Few visits in between have been good. Quieter waiting area. Dentist and dental nurse great with 2 year old and 25 year old with Autism. Had 2 wisdom teeth decaying . I was fully involved with treatment options. First extraction out in seconds. No problems after, minimal pain. Second extraction I was scared (don't know why) but they put me at ease and again whipped it out quickly. Quick recovery, no problems. Lovely female dentist and attentive dental nurse.

I love my dentist. Friendly, professional, clean, efficient! I have gone here for 3 years. Everyone I have encountered has been excellent. They are also very, very good with my talkative, anxiety-prone 7 year old son.

My partner needed an appointment as he was in so much pain with a broken tooth but because I phoned up to book it they refused saying they needed to speak to him but as he was at work that was impossible so stupid definitely finding a new dentist

My 2 children had an appointment just the other day at 1.30 and to get to the entrance of the building you go around the back. We passed a couple of women whom we smoking at the front of the building, once at the door we found it to be closed, so I knocked, and knocked again. Another patient queued behind us and said the receptionists all having a cigarette at the front of the building. I asked when they were going to let us in and one very rude 'lady' said "it's not half past yet!" There were no sign on the door saying that they were on a break nor did any of them mention it as you walked past them, none of these receptionists (1 of them was the dentists assistant!)were very professional at all, it's a shame because the actual dentist was in fact fantastic.

Went to this dentist on 3/8/22,my tooth was split in two, I was not a patient, but was booked in straight away, the receptionist was kind and very helpful, the staff professional and also nice, the Dentist was very good and soon had my tooth out, the price was very very reasonable, and if i ever get any more problems I will be returning, if they will let me. Thank you to everyone there.

I was unfortunately given an appointment with manor yesterday..on arrival the receptionist looked like she had just had really bad news given to her.i always thought .because they are front of house thar they represent the company......well that says it all....the nurse ?took me upstairs once again no smiles.no etiquette. Because I hadn't been there before ,I didn't see the coathanger behind the door ,and put my hat on a chair .she almost shouted....you move your hat off my chair....!.....I got sorted with a quick fix ,but refused to help further...Next time I think I'll get some string and a brick........rating.....1 star.....and I'm being generous......

It pains me to say this as there were some good staff there that you could tell were experienced. But imagine going to your dentist to have a filling put in, and a couple of months later i needed a root canal. After going to other dentists to check out why i was in so much pain, they explained that the filling was way too big and was placed in soo deeply that it put ridiculous pressure on my nerve.
