I had to go to this dentist for an emergency appointment to have a tooth extracted. I was very impressed with all the staff there. They were so kind and caring. The dentist was very professional and treatment was excellent. The surgery was excellent in all aspects. Just wish I could be taken on as a new patient but quite understand how busy they are with their existing patients.

Ive been with this Dentist for a few years now, and everytime I visit, I am impressed with their service. All the staff are so kind, considerate and helpful.
More recently I have needed a bit more work done on my teeth that were chipped in an unprovoked attack. After having face surgery, my teeth were the last bit to get fixed up. During this pandemic, this dentist have helped as much as they possibly can within the covid rules. Obviously after such an awful experience, mentally it was important for me to get back to full health, and now I am finally there. A special mention goes to my dentist Jessica Billings, who assured me throughout that my teeth would be fixed. She is very professional, considerate and you can see takes pride in her work. Nothing was too much trouble for her, when I needed reports written up about the damage I occurred. The reports was done as soon as possible whenever I asked, and the admin staff made it clear for me when the reports would be ready. A fantastic service all round. Thank you so much, I cannot recommend this dentist highly enough.

Extremely friendly and reassuring dental nurse and assistant. I am a nervous patient and they put me completely at ease. I needed an emergency tooth extraction and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Had a tooth extraction yesterday morning, the team were very supportive as I was a nervous patient. I was going to have sedation but after having a chat with the dentist decided to not have it. Brilliant service thank you, wished they were taking on new nhs patients.

Was referred to this dentist by my current one for the possible removal of my wisdom tooth! I hate the dentist so having such a lovely, friendly and helpful team was just amazing! I was very impressed and couldn’t fault any part of the service! Ellie and Caroline were amazing so thank you for this and keep up your amazing hard work, it’s definitely noticed and appreciated by us awkward patients!!

I went here yesterday after being referred to have 2 teeth out one being my front and the second being at the back which was also broken, I was so nervous but the nurse and the actual dentist doing the work was really amazing really helped with my nerves and calmed me down would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone especially a nervous patient I will definitely be returning for any future work needed on my teeth well done team you’re doing an amazing job

I’m not registered at a dentist but on a waiting list to do so. But I always call this place for emergencies. The staff have always been polite and friendly to me. And made me feel less nervous as I hate dentist due to in the past having a bad experience.

I found the staff in the other John g surgery in Wymondham rude and sounded annoyed with me trying to book in an emergency appointment and only guess is because I’m not registered because as soon as I said I’m not registered she became rude.

The staff here are so friendly and made me feel welcome and at ease. Also due to Covid I can say they have everything in order. In and out without any faff.
