We bought 3 suction Units year and half ago, two of them working fine, the 3rd one is keep stop working. We called Durr to find out if there is any help or technical support available. Firstly they said yes they will help with parts as under warranty but we would need to fund their recommended engineer for labour and call out fee. When we made an arrangement with engineer and call back Durr to communicate with engineer they refused to cover parts under warranty. Which is left us without any support, they kept changing their mind and ladies on the phone kept blaming each other. Durr should train their phone operators or bring someone more competent. This way Durr won't loose their customer. Based on this experience I won't recommend them to anyone, try to avoid Durr. They won't give you any support if their defected appliance stop working as they try to blame you for their fault. Disappointed.

Worked with Durr on a number of projects involving their VistaPano and phosphate plate scanners. Their the gold standard for image quality, reliability and reputation. Great UK team that are extremely helpful for support or service queries.
