Talking Teeth

My partner and I registered at this practice in person 31/12/2019 completed the forms and was told by a man named David that we would be contacted the week commencing 03/01/2020
This did not happen. I phoned and was told they were not taking new NHS patients. I explained that we had already registered and she said she would phone back. It didn't happen. Still waiting. A complete waste of time.

Horrendous experience for my Mum, came out crying because of their trainee nurse and the way she spoke to my mum. I addressed the problem and she was also terribly rude to me. The amount of people that complain about this place is unbelievable, I will be making a formal complaint to the GDC.

Had scale and polish today by Sajid, the dental hygienist and dental nurse Sara. I'm always extremely nervous about the dentist, they were both extremely kind and patient with me. He also gave me good advice afterwards about looking after my teeth. Many thanks to both of you.

I had a scale and polish at the surgery 30.07.22.....thankyou to Sajad the dental hygienist who took time to give a clear explanation of the procedure... He also took his time with several breaks in between to clean and polish my teeth... A special thanks also to the very kind and professional nurse who assist him xx... Many thanks from Debra 👍😀

My experience was amazing !
I was a bit nervous as have very sensitive teeth on one side, they were so understanding, kind and patient with me, I felt very relaxed.
My teeth also look great and are not sensitive at all.
Asad and Claire gave me such good advice on the questions I asked them.

Just been and seen Asad the hygienist and Hayley the assistant. They were brilliant. Asad is so caring and gentle in tone and has done a wonderful job. It is a happy place Nicky the receptionist was lovely too. I am so grateful we have a dentist and hygienist in Chirk

I can't believe the service at this establishment, I had an abscess that could've taken my eye and they wouldn't see me because I was on the nhs free dental care, money grubbing DOGS these lot. Steer clear

Worst dentist ever. The way they treated my mum was terrible. They put something awful on her teeth which caused them to break off, the dentist told her she shouldn't have such high expections?!?! What, expecting your teeth to not drop off because of something YOUR PRACTICE put on her teeth??? Then when asked to put it down in writing 'your expectations are too high' she then said...I didn't say that. And then said that if my mum wasnt happy she shouldnt come. So the dentist never actually looked at mums teeth that they themselves have made a mess of. Avoid like the plague.
