Preswylfa Dental Surgery

This is by far the best dental experience I've had from a lovely gentleman called Mike..and his assistant so nice and very kind thorough and gentle.highly recommended.5*****.thankyou Lilian Jones.

Poor place for new patients, I been paying denplan for months now, waiting for an appointment from preswylfa dental surgery, and not heard anything off them. Tried phoning them, and get the phone put down, and to leave a message. Left numerous messages, and still not heard anything off them. My partner went into see them, and she was told they knew about me, and heard my messages, and there was no appointment for atleast another month, because apparently both dentists were on holiday for 4 weeks, really. They quick enough to.take.your money, but don't bother getting in touch with you. Save yourself some stress, and go elsewhere. Don't bother with this dental practice. Had to give 1 star as I couldn't mark down none

I was unable to access emergency dental treatement last Christmas as the dentist was not in the vicinity - I was working nights in the local hospital and was without three of my front teeth for 3 days. I have since been waiting for urgent treatment and I am still waiting for an appointmrnt. I am a Denplan patient and I find this totally unacceptable.

Absolutely fantastic! I was very nervous about re joining a new dental practice as it has been a good few years since my last dental appointment. I've got a sweet tooth and due to past experiences I was very nervous about being grilled about my dental routine. From the moment I arrived I was reassured by kind and friendly staff. The dentist and dental nurse were both fantastic and explained everything well. I can't recommend this dental practice enough! (Especially if you're a nervous patient like myself)

So friendly and welcoming from all the staff, having recently moved from another local practice to this one, it feels like another country. Aimee and team so welcoming, friendly and professional, had the best treatment ever didn't really feel like a trip to the dentist. Diolch.

I moved to Anglesey last year and was fortunate to be taken on by this Dental Surgery as an NHS patient. The Dentist I see, Mike Strothers, has been brilliant with me, has explained every step of my treatment and ensured that I had as relaxed an experience as possible. All the staff I have encountered have been both kind and polite.

I highly recommend this surgery.
