Parkway Private Dental Clinic

I went in for a consultation for my wisdom teeth and all the staff were wonderful. From the receptionist to the dental nurses to Mr Shah himself they all made me feel welcome and safe. I ended up getting both teeth extracted on the day of my consultation. I was given options of having them done separately and on different days but all the staff were helpful in the decision to take them both out on the day. Mr Shah made me very comfortable about the whole process and it was over before I knew it! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Fantastic service. I had all my wisdom teeth removed at Parkway in June and the process was straightforward and I knew exactly what was going to happen every step of the way. I went into surgery at 8.30am and I was home by 10am. Can't fault the clinic or staff and would highly recommend.

Just finished my dental treatment with Dr Sarah Alwan. Excellent service from her and the staff at the clinic. 100% happy with the work that she has done for me. Was always made to feel at ease by them. Dr Alwan is such a lovely lady and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Needed a tooth removed by Mr Shah as my dentist was unable to remove it as it was too worn to grip onto. Mr Shah and his staff at Parkway Clinic were friendly and reassuring and Mr Shah got the tooth out very quickly, with no problems and no pain whatsoever. Great job. All the pain has gone and my mouth feels normal again.

Airflow treatment with Christine they always do their utmost to keep you at ease chatting away. At the same time highly professional treatment as always and very pleased with shiny, clean teeth albeit they are still braced - that is not their fault. Highly recommend this practice and Christine and all her assistants.

I attended Parkway Clinic for my regular 6 monthly dental check up. I saw my usual dentist Darren Lee and was due to see Chris one of the hygienists. Unfortunately she was unwell & her appointment was cancelled. I’d been informed by text message and phone call the day before. My appointment was on time. And Darren did my clean instead of Chris.
Darren was as usual, extremely thorough and considerate of his patient’s comfort with being in his dental chair! His manner is great.
Also his dental nurse/assistant was very pleasant. He was also very considerate.
The desk staff , as usual were polite and pleasant.

A fantastic and inviting clinic. I felt safe and well looked after throughout. Thank you!

However, I was given antibiotics that can’t be taken whilst breastfeeding (which I am). Also the emergency number given doesn’t work.

Parkway dental clinic- Absolutely amazing clinic, very kind and patient working right through. Very clean and hygienic no issues whatsoever.

Mr Ketan Shah- a wonderful surgeon. Very professional but also very friendly and helps put you at ease before any oral surgery. I can’t thank him enough for his patience with me and the work he does.
