West End Dental - Colwyn Bay (Conwy)

I have been a patient with West end dental for years as an NHS patient and now private. I choose to stay with the practice as the dentist and hygienists along with dental nursing staff are kind, caring and considerate to my anxiety about dentist appointments. I have recently had treatment for a crown and being filled with worry and concerns the dentist made me feel at ease and talked me though everything he was doing before and during the procedure. I never thought I'd be able to sit for the length of time needed but did due to his compassionate and professional and understanding attitude towards my and my anxiety around being in the dentist chair. I would say my fear and anxiety is resolved but it is managed when I attend thank to all the staff at this practice.

The staff were welcoming and respectful.
They really care about their patients and I felt comfortable and well informed throughout my appointment.
Real bonus for me was having a welsh speaker assisting the dentist.

so anxious was in tears. was reassured completely. dentist was lovely and understood a phobia is a phobia. i managed a check up and an xray and have booked in to try a hygienist apptmnt in january. My only issue would be maybe can you expand and get mor dentists hygienists etc. having to wait until january for hygienist apptmnt when anxious is a loong time. But amazing anf would recommend you definitely.

My dentist, Mark, was friendly, efficient and very skilled. I felt I was in very safe hands and he explained what he was doing every step of the way. I would 100% recommend West End Dental.

Our first visit and we were blown away! From the warm welcome from the lovely lady in Reception to every member of the Team we met. Professional, client focused and every stage of the consultation was explained clearly. A special thank you to Lowri who talked us through our treatment plan and explained our journey forward.

I attended my complimentary appointment at the Llangefni practice recently. The dentist I saw there was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He did not push me to join the practice or spend my money on any unnecessary treatment, which is something I thought he might do. He told me exactly what I needed to hear regarding my teeth.
It was, overall, a really great experience and after years of using NHS practices I am now considering signing up with this practice as the DD fees are significantly low for the wonderful care and specific treatments offered.

No visit to a dentist is something to look forward to, but considering i have just had a very difficult tooth removed I must say that it was a much better experience than I was expecting. The dentist really put me at ease before he started. He explained clearly what he was going to do and carried out the procedure in an extremely professional manner. The assistant that was working along side him was also very professional and treated me with great respect. Highly recommended
