The Courtyard Dental Care

Fantastic dental surgery. All staff, dentists, receptionists and hygienists are so friendly and Katie is a superb dentist. She dealt with my daughters reluctance to have treatment a few years ago with patience and empathy. Would never go anywhere else.

Long ongoing treatment plan which had to be carried out 6 weeks apart, leaving me in constant pain still due to cavities that were just packed time and time again. I feel due to being an NHS patient my treatment was 'put on the back burner' and the paying patients treated more adequately. Wouldn't recommend.

Do not miss an appointment!!! As a stay at home Dad of three children, one not in full time education it was hard to get an appointment whilst I was child free for that day. The place is about as flexible frozen rubber. No room for mistakes, went in today (in pain) as my family are still registered to be told I will not be seen or been taken on as a patient. AGAIN DO NOT MISS ONE/TWO APPOINTMENTS.

Really really great place. Kind and understanding receptionists with patient and profesional dentists. When I had a lot of pain earlier this month they were brilliant and I was seen very quickly for both the consultation and then the treatment. Can't recommend enough!

Have recently visited The Courtyard as had an appointment with the Facial Aesthetics Consultant. Would like to say what a lovely lady who was very informative and not at all like a sales person pushing treatments and products. The consultation was not at all rushed and we chatted for over an hour. Advice was given and would recommend to others. Lorraine Hammond

Had issue with my tooth causing me pain. Went there the following day. Very welcoming, accommodating, friendly service. The receptionist went above and beyond and I was seen on this visit within 30 minutes of arriving. The dentist was really great she gave thorough dental health advice. Looking forward to my next check up appointment. Lovely people. Thank you

Absolutely shocking experience! My young daughter came down with something on the day of her appointment. The woman on reception PHONED AROUND PEOPLE IN MY FAMILY to validate my story, then phoned me to accuse me of lying! What kind of behaviour is this? Courtyard I’m embarrassed for you! I then said I would be happy to bring my daughter in to her appointment even though she was vomiting but they wouldn’t allow me to? They then threatened me that they would strike me from the register if she missed again. Courtyard please await my formal complaint to discuss your outrageous behaviour further. You have a lot to answer for.

A very good dental practice. Visited here for numerous years until moving out of the area. As a nervous patient was always made to feel calm and at ease.
