West Quay Dental Practice

Absolutely fantastic service! All the staff members and receptionist team are very friendly and helpful, and I've always managed to get an appointment very quickly. My dentist, Ash, always makes me feel at ease and comfortable and I can't recommend him enough! Overall, very happy with this practice!

Fantastic service . Hadnt needed them from March since lockdown but following a chipped tooth rang reception yesterday . I was phoned straight back by Patrick Daly himself and I was given an appointment next day!! Covid measures in place and felt very safe . Staff really friendly . I saw Josh and he temporarily fixed it until can put something more permanent in place. Cant fault this dentist have been going to them for years!!! Ash is always great ....

I was in extreme pain very late Saturday night and decided to see if there was an emergency number I could call because of covid and lockdown things are so difficult so I was thinking that I may well have to put up with this pain for quite a while which was really worrying. When I looked on West quay website it said to leave a message which I did in the early hours of the morning not expecting any reply but Sunday morning at 7-57 I had a wonderful message back from a lady called Sara she was really sympathetic and explained what I should do so I didn't have to stay in pain. Thank you very much Sara that message meant a lot in these wierd times and I would recommend this dental practice very highly. Luckily I managed to calm the pain and will visit the practice when it is safe to do so for everyone.

I cannot recommend this place enough!! One of the female dentist ( cant remember her name) seen my 2 year old daughter straight away and calmly helped us. As I was panicking. I want to say a massive thank you to the dentist and reception staff who were also brilliant!!!

Recently had an appointment with Dr Morton and his nurse Kinga - both were very professional and efficient, so so pleased with my treatment.

Always had very good service from this practice. The reception girls are lovely! Previously saw Martin but since leaving the practise I recently saw Ash and he was absolutely great with a problem I was having! Couldn’t have asked for a better dentist and the dental nurse (didn’t catch her name) was equally as great and friendly! Thank you guys :)

My husband is in desperate need of a root canal but this dental surgery due to back log is unable to do it until the end march despite being in a lot of pain. What is evident is that the practise cannot cope with the volume of patients they have on their books.We are now having to look for a private dentist to do the treatment despite my husband working since he was 16 and paying national insurance for all those years!!!!

Excellent, friendly service, especially from the receptionist but also the dentist. Called today after suffering toothache during the night. I was offered an emergency appointment but as I am unable to attend the practice ( we are isolating) a telephone consultation was arranged with the my dentist and a prescription made for antibiotics which were delivered to my door shortly afterwards. Can't fault the service I received.
