Maendy Dental Practice

the receptionist at this place is disgustin. she has no manours. no sense of humour. she is very arrigant and just awfull to speak to. the dentist itself is great. but they should have someone else working on reception. as she puts alot of people off.

Good efficient staff friendly and caring

Had an emergency dental appointment with them, i had a temporary filling done. The dentist and the assistant were extremely professional, friendly and made me feel very much at ease and they talk to you constantly through the procedure ensuring you are comfortable.

As people have previously mentioned, the dentists are good here, not the best, but good none-the-less.

The reception staff though... ouch! The receptionist that has been there for years lacks any kind of personality but is professional with her job, to a point. The new ‘girl’ there is rude, incompetent, constantly wears an irritating smirk, treats patients/customers with complete disdain and seriously needs some attitude adjustments.

Wish I could say I was the only person who thinks this about the practice but unfortunately for them, all verbal reviews have been very similar.

I am unbelievably terrified of the dentist and I think it showed in my session. I visited maendy yesterday for an emergency appointment and ended up having an extraction. (My fault on all counts) but I wanted to write this to thank the dentist that took the greatest care of me and also his assistant. They were very polite to me and took care of me every step of the way. I sadly didnt catch their names but they both did their best and its healing really well :) unbelievably grateful to finally be pain free xx

Staff very helpful and efficient. The dentist I see is very gentle and I have been more than happy with the treatment I receive.

Good dentist but worse than the doctors trying to get through have rang 6 times this morning and keep getting phone lines are busy try again. Think they need more staff

Just had 2 teeth extracted as an emergency patient..didn't feel a thing..lovely dentist and staff..BEST dentist I have ever been to..now my regular..
