Extremely bad post Covid19 services. Travelled for nearly an hour for my daughters braces to be repaired, which have been broken all over lockdown, and additional braces added to bottom teeth. Really bad rain on motorway caused us to be 11 minutes late signing in. Told cut off is 6 minutes and dentist will not see us. Although the receptionist was very sympathetic given the weather and distance we had travelled, and asked the dentist whether he would still see my daughter his answer was no. Clearly he could have used the appointment to just repair the top braces and rebooked for bottom braces via another appointment but this was not an option to us. Due to the laptop the receptionist was provided with being unable to even rebook an appointment, we had to leave with no idea of when my daughters braces will now be fixed. Given the pandemic has brought so many communities and health services / patients together, this is a sad way to treat those who continue to keep services in operation. Be kind! Think outside the box! Be understanding!

receptionist was very rude as I didnt have a mask my daughter was worried about going I was told I can not go up with her without a mask I went back to my car and received a text off my daughter that she was worried I then seen a face mask in the car so went back but was then told by the same lady to wait outside even though I seen another girl going up with her mother when I told the receptionist she was rude she laughed that to me says it all but apart from the receptionist the place is great thanks

Reception cancelled our appointment within a week & booked another to be reminded that one cancelled too, excuse dentist on annual leave! They communicate by letter (though take email & mobile number??) and always receive 4-5 weeks later, excuse practice policy. Always force to wait for 10-15min on appointment day. Pathetic and biased to the core.
