Newport Smile Centre

I have been with the smile centre sine they opened a number of years ago, I have always had a high quality service and they have always been accommodating in the case of dental emergencies, offering a swift appointment and treatment. All staff members are polite, helpful and professional. I cannot thank the team enough for the efforts they have put in to my dental work over the time I have been with them and would be very happy to recommend their services to others. Thank you.

The female dentist is too rough and the receptionist Joanne is extremely rude and unhelpful. She was unwilling to give us an appointment when i told her that my husband still had a piece of tooth in the gum after having an extraction last week. She kept telling me it's the probably the gum. She was also getting very shouty.

Being afraid of the dentist at the best of times, going during the pandemic was a terrifying prospect. However all of the staff were very friendly and comforting. They have a great set up, and were very well organised, and really on top of keeping everything clean. Dr Amrish sorted my pain out rediculously quickly, and spotted a future potential problem while there and dealt with that too! I was in and out very quickly. Fantastic dentist in my opinion. Thank you

I was very thankful they were able to fit me in so quickly. The whole team were knowledgeable and they dealt with me professionally and in a timely manner. The receptionist was lovely and made me feel at ease. I would recommend this dentist to anyone

Registered with this dentist pre pandemic, had an abscess the day the dentists opened up again and was seen by them by a very rude dentist who spoke about 3 words to me but hey at least he gave me some antibiotics so I didnt really care. Same tooth is now cracked top to bottom and I'm in pain, after ringing the NHS emergency dental helpline and being on hold for over an hour I was told I had to contact my dentist as they won't see me.
Rang newport smile centre who told me I'm not actually registered regardless of me filling out paperwork to register and seeing a dentist and have refused to see me. So yet again I have to sit here in pain because dentists are useless!

Amazing friendly staff and Dr. is amazing professional. I am terrible patient for all painful treatments. She gave me everytime painkiller injection, so each treatment was absolutely painless. Another plus- I am wheelchair user and whole place is accessible without problems.

I've been with Smile for a number of years. I've been very happy with my treatment. The dentist is very professional and I'm grateful that they've fitted me in at short notice in these covid times! Also the receptionist and nurses are all very kind. I would reccomend this dentist!

I’ve been a patient of Theo’s dental practice for around 20 years - Amrish and his team were great - grateful to have had repair work to two teeth today. Really appreciate the full explanation of what treatment will be taking place and also to be presented with options.
