Mydentist, Rhos Road, Rhos-on-Sea

I'm 24, started this year with Tooth agony. All my own fault.
Not only did the wonderful people here, and the Young dentist who works there, treat me with Kindness and respect, they sorted out all my issues with expect care and a warm welcome.
Gone are the days of dreading the dentist, where I would be worried about pain and struggle.
Now the dentist felt like visiting a friend, a member of a community I was proud of. I was going in and on only my 3rd/4th visitation I found that everyone was pleased to see me, and made me feel like it was a safe and caring place.
The dentist himself was an absolute joy to talk to, He and his (sorry I'm not sure what the term is) assistant would always show interest in my life, and make me feel validated. They joked, smiled and explained anything I felt I didn't know. I am confident in saying that I left my last appointment feeling like a educated, looked after, and welcomed member of the dentistry.

I cannot recommend enough how much they are worth.
Fantastic people, who did a fantastic job at helping me smile again.

I have been petrified of going to the dentist for as long as I can remember. I had my first appointment with Spencer a few months ago and again today. He treated me with kindness and respect, didn't make me feel nervous or ashamed at all. I can't thank Spencer and his lovely assistant Carly enough. I no longer fear coming to the dentist. Also, thank you to the lovely receptionist I saw today (I'm so sorry I've forgotten your name!) Who helped get my young daughter booked in for her first appointment. Thank you all so much

Couldn't be happier with the service I received. Spencer walked me through the whole process and answered my questions with patience. I was made to feel welcome by all the staff, the dental nurses were very kind. The quality of dentistry received was excellent. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone.

I suffer with anxiety and was terrified of seeing a dentist. Spencer & his LOVELY dental assistant we’re so incredibly nice to me, I’ve been back several times since and they make me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Will forever be grateful to them!

Firstly I would like to thank all the staff at mydentist Rhos on Sea. Especially Julie, Spencer and Carly.

I had been on a waitlist for another practice for over 3 years, lockdown then hit and before I knew it… I hadn’t been to the dentist in years. The last time I visited a dentist, it was an awful experience.

Booking at mydentist Rhos on Sea was fast and efficient and the reception team were so friendly and accommodating.

As I hadn’t been to a dentist appointment in years, I was really nervous.
But I shouldn’t have been, Spencer is a fantastic dentist! Not only is he great at what he does, he is very friendly, calm and a great communicator. Carly is also a fantastic dental assistant, she is so caring and made me feel at ease the whole time. Together they make a great team!!

I was surprised that considering I hadn’t been to a dentist in so long that I didn’t need a huge amount of work doing, but what I did need doing Spencer explained thoroughly and also explained the reasoning behind it. As they say ‘knowledge is power’, I was showed with a mirror alongside the examination.

A truly great experience, something I thought I’d never say about a dental visit.
Not so nervous for my next appointment now.

I have had a full set of dentures since I was 11 years old! Over the years I have had many different dentures made for me, back in my twenty's is the last time I had a great pair made for me that looked great and fitted well. Now in my sixty's I have had a few bad fitting pairs done that looked awful. I booked a appointment with Spencer Douglas at the Rhos on Sea Practice. Such a lovely Man made me feel so relaxed and at ease as I get embarrassed if anyone see me with out my dentures in. He spent so much time explaining what he was going to do and made me a few appointments to make sure they were perfect.
Well all I can say this man has worked miracles with my new dentures, they look fantastic and feel great and so natural looking! I can't thank you enough Spencer for bringing my perfect smile back!

Once again it was a pleasure to visit the dentist! Fast and efficient friendly service as always.

Spencer was able to provide a speedy pain free experience and my teeth have never felt better.

Myself and my family are all members of the practice, my young daughter Ophelia was originally very nervous about the dentist but now she loves to attend appointments and is brimming with confidence. We were all made to feel welcome by all the staff and I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone.
