He damaged my tooth so I've booked an appointment that has been cancelled last minute. Another appointment booked in 2 months time. I guess I will be looking for a different dentist

I've been a patient of this practice for many years and under the care of several dentists there.I have always received exemplary dental care and good patient service. When compared with other dental care I've encountered both in England and Wales over the years ,it's standard remains high.

I'm a very nervous patient and have just had root canal treatment. It was done by Dorgas, he was amazing! Reassuring, explained everything, more treatment to come, but I'm not as nervous about it now. Thank you very much Dorgas and his assistant, I'm sorry I didn't get your name 🙂

Came here for a emergency appointment after phoning 111 and being unable to eat or sleep due to a infection in my wisdom tooth (spitting out green pus and blood) older receptionist was not very friendly and quite rude mannered when I was speaking to a younger more friendly receptionist anyway after that I was taken through to the dentist who touched the tooth twice and said everything was ok I have left this dentist in pure agony only to be told I’m fine the dentist did not even properly examine my tooth not happy with this service would not come here privately or emergency again. If I could give less than one star I would I hope this was a one off experience but judging by other reviews it is not.

Had a chip in one of my front teeth, had a filling and it chipped before i left Whitland, was given another appointment to rectify the problem and was given another filling which is yellow compared to my original tooth and filling chipped again before i got home, im very embarrassed to smile now and its knocked my confidence completely. Need to get this sorted properly but im scared the dentist will make it worse. My front tooth has a big yellow blob on it which catches my lip all the time and its even giving me blisters, surely this isnt right? Very concerned as i feel ive lost my smile and friends and family have noticed which im highly embarrassed about. Ive had other dentists there before and ive been very happy with their work but the one they've given me now isn't fixing my smile, he's taking my smile away 😪

I had been suffering excruciating pain from a Broken Molar. NHS 111 started the process. On a Saturday. Early morning Sunday triage call. Monday morning call from My Dentist in Whitland. What a professional team. Throughout my arrival and treatment.I would like to thank all involved for relieving my pain. Covid has put so much pressure on the whole country. Well done My Dentist.
