Chepstow Dental Care

I have since childhood been petrified of the dentist and needles...Well not any longer. Jon at Fairlight is amazing and has changed my outlook on dental care totally.
I have avoided the dentist for years, despite being in a lot of pain and until I found this practise nothing much had changed. I would do anything to avoid going to the dentist, however a tooth broke and I had no choice. I panicked for days before, dreading it, even losing sleep and nearly didn't go. How glad am I that I did. Jon was great and really understood my fears. When you are scared its hard to find someone you believe truly gets you and how you are feeling, but he did. Amazing pain free injection with the wand too.
To think that if I get a tooth problem now, I can just pop to see Jon and it will be resolved is a massive, adult life problem solved.

Cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. Between the hygienist and dentists they saved my teeth as gum disease was starting. They are a lovely practice with a fantastic crew. Treatment is second to none

Amazing facilities and clinicians.

Everyone from the lovely reception staff to the diligent nurses and the fabulous Sian are brilliant here....(I’m sure Jon is also fabulous just to add).

It’s easy to be top notch and positive when a case is straightforward but when it’s as complex and as time consuming as mine that’s when true experience and dedication comes through. Ever since my initial enquiry to starting treatment last week, all the staff have been positive, kind and practical in getting the job done.

Even though I can’t wait to see the final results I know I’m in excellent hands with Chepstow Dental Care until then.

So I had my first appointment yesterday at Chepstow Dental Care. I must say first impressions were fantastic. The whole team were very welcoming and I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment.

My first time there... very impressed.... a detailed plan... was particularly impressed with the dental nurse rebecka... as my treatment was going on I was informed of the progress while in the chair... I'm not the best in a dentist and found it reassuring that I was told what was going on and how long till compilation.... very impressed with the covid 19 procedure.... should have done this year's ago

Very disappointing ! no appreciation for their customers . I have just called my dentist and been told the price for an appointment has gone up by £25 from £75 . When I asked why I was spoken to very rudely and told all private paying customers will pay more since Covid and this was a business decision. When I asked what had lead to such a huge increase I was spoken to like a piece of rubbish and then the phone was hung up ! I will be following this up with an email to management as I am sure they expect a better phone manner from their staff

I’ve been going here for almost 5 years now, the dental care is spot on and the front of house staff are a delight! Thanks chepstow dental care team… big (white) smiles!!

Have to say, how delighted i am at the service Chepstow Dental Care provide. Appointments arranged around my busy working life. Always a polite and friendly welcome. Made to feel at ease, at all times. Especially being a nervous patient. I highly recommend Chepstow Dental Care.
