Highly recommend 'Neil' from 'my dentist' Newtown. He is funny, easy to talk to, explained everything as he was going along, very knowledgeable, answered every question I asked in detail, made me feel completely at ease. I needed a tooth extraction and how he was able to focus on the actual procedure itself and also made sure I kept breathing through it and even reminding me to breathe (yes, there were times I forgot to do this), clearly shows he is a master of his art. Great service. Thank you 😀

I was very impressed by the friendly welcome and professional service offered by the reception staff and dentist during my initial visit. I felt comfortable throughout the consultation and was very pleased with the thoroughness of the dental staff and advice I received during the check up. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Advanced Oral Health Centre to my family and friends. A first class service.

I can't quite put into words just how fantastic the service at this practice is. From the moment I explained what I was interested in the genuine care and attention that was provided was exceptional. Rhian the Treatment Coordinator is AMAZING!! She is so knowledgeable, personable and lovely. Her explanation of the different treatments was so detailed but didn't bamboozle me with science so I was able to absorb the information and make an informed choice. Neil was also BRILLIANT! I'm lucky enough to have always been comfortable at the dentist but I must have shown some discomfort as Neil was so patient and empathetic which put me totally at ease. Really nothing is too much trouble, you're made to feel like the most important person in the world and I cannot thank the team enough; I just cant wait to see the results!!

I am very nervous with dentist visits but the staff welcomed me so nicely and put me at ease as soon as I arrived. My dentist “Neil” was brilliant and the visit was over before I even knew as my anxiety had totally disappeared. A fantastic first visit and actually looking forward (yes LOOKING FORWARD) to my next appointment!

I highly recommend this dental clinic for your dental needs and they have very affordable dental plans as well! If I could leave them more than five stars I would!!!

Really pleased with my recent visit to mydentist, Newtown advanced oral health centre. I was able to park for free, the centre have their own car park which is helpful.
Staff were friendly and it was great to see that everyone conformed with appropriate PPE and various safety measures had been implemented. I felt safe throughout my visit.
I found the practice accomodating in terms of appointments and I am grateful they were able to see me. I am pleased with the outcome of my dental treatment. Would definitely recommend.

Always such a frustrating experience trying to book an appointment here - even after constantly paying for a failed tooth repair front desk are reluctant to offer you a rapid appointment to resolve the problem. I rate the customer interaction with them very poorly. However, the dentists/nurses are very kind.

It is a month now after my dental implant surgery was completed. I am so pleased with the finished work, I can smile now without large gaps in my teeth and after years of only been able to eat on one side can now chew properly again. I was quite nervous to start but the whole team very soon put me at ease.

Through the Covid pandemic, I could not go to my regular dentist and was referred to MyDentist in Newtown, an hour away from my home. Over a year later, I was considering transferring back to my home town, but the professionalism, telephone etiquette and business methodology at MyDentist Newtown are far better than the practices near my home.

I feel that if a company's good at managing a business, patients and communication, and driven by the dentists/professionals at the practice, it is worth staying with them, and I'm willing to drive an hour to the dentist because of such a high service and professionalism you rarely find in the UK.

After living in the States for many years, it is refreshing to experience here in Wales the focus on taking care of existing customers rather than only new customers.
