1 st time visit to the practice, overall impression was that the dentist and staff were very professional,friendly and very helpful. they made me feel very at ease. would recommend to family and friends alike.

I have been with this dentist for 10 years and have had only expert advise and treatment. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Trying to get appointment is joyous, good luck as they are only open half day and NEVER return voicemails. Let's say you do get through when you have a problem, they tell you that you're no longer registered.

I moved into this area and they accepted me into their dental surgery with no problems. Excellent dentist and very friendly efficient staff.

Arrived for my sons appointment, my son waited a considerable time 16/05/22 for receptionist to open the door. She refused until I had parked car and also with my son. She had sat behind her desk doing nothing while my son knocked the door,
On letting us in the receptionist was unbelievably rude. The dentist was off work with covid, I realise this is unavoidable, however her attitude was disgusting. She informed me, ' I left a message for you at 8am you need to check your phone'. I had recently swapped numbers with my son in Canada and had notified the dentist a week previous of my new number.

I explained the situation to the receptionist that I had in fact updated my details, and I had not been called, I showed her my call log, I had in fact taken time of work and my son off school for the appointment. Had they updated the contact details correctly I would not have needed to do so. I informed her that her attitude was completely unacceptable. She only then apologised as she could see how dissatisfied I was with her comment. Totally unacceptable service.

Incidentally my sister also had an appointment today and advised me how rude she had been to her too.

This is not the first unacceptable experience with the administration staff at this practice. This is a shame as the dentist is very good.

Best dentists I've been too, they're fab with the kids and they have made my teeth look and feel so much better 😁👍

Awful customer service, claims it’s a nhs service but do not offer more than five spaces to nhs patients and the tone and disrespectful attitude I received when calling was disgusting I would not use this place if your reading this.
