Ruabon Road Dental Practice

Excellent dental practice starting the experience with really friendly reception staff which is great for all and probably more so for the more nervous patients.
Dr Sam is my dentist and he always has always ensured a pleasant visit regardless of the treatment. The dentist has always explained what the where, when, and how of each procedure is, this is particularly calming and reassuring. I used to dread the dentist chair but Ruabon Road have made the experience a walk in the park.

Staff members were very polite and helpful; the dentist Sophie was very professional but friendly and really helped to help to put my children at ease at a new dentists’ surgery. The building was very clean and welcoming. Really like the fact the surgery allows all forms to be done in advance, online, which helps to reduce the stress of taking the whole family en masse to the dentist! Would certainly recommend.

Not been at this practice ages but have had time to have one routine and one emergency appointment and also a recent hygienist appointment. All we’re in the lovely clean and well organised practice carried out by professional ladies. I particularly loved the fact that the dental nurses seem to always be maybe training dentists as they are always chatting and discussing what they are doing and why they are doing it. Very nice practice and I am thrilled with the service

Following my first visit to this Practice, I would not hesitate to recommend. Everything about the Practice is quality. Their use of technology is excellent, its clear and it works. The initial consultation was refreshing, a genuine discussion of what can be done, ought to be considered and needs to be done, and why. My views were solicited and discussed. The team I dealt with were both professional and friendly… and all this on a Saturday afternoon!

Highly efficient and clear service. I'm a new patient to the practice, and was really pleased with all the staff, advice and proposed plan. Pricing was clear and everything was explained fully.
Parking was relatively easy, on the road outside the practice and the reception, waiting room and treatment rooms were all super clean, tidy and bright - very welcoming!

I would highly recommend Chris and his team. It's been years since I have been to a dentist that has made me feel as comfortable as I did during my appointments at this practice.
From a lovely friendly face at reception to a very experienced dentist & assistant, I can only give praise.
Very helpful, qualified bunch of people. Appointments are available within days and not the weeks and Months I have grown accustomed to, so that in itself is a lovely bonus!

Faultless dental practice.. best In Wales...due to moving away ... i went to another dental practice but have now returned after 5 years as they just can not be beaten on customer care.. treatment offered..customer experience.. . ..and the staff make you feel so comfortable, welcome and at ease....highly professional. I am now happy to travel for 2 hrs to be a customer of this excellent practice and be comfortable in the knowledge that I'm in the hands of the best..

Iv been a patient for 20 years +. Amazing team. Lovely receptionists. Brilliant dentists and assistants. Friendly,and professional. Always feel well looked after and treatment explained step by step. Spotless surgery. I'm not a lover of going to the dentist but am always put at ease . Highly reccomended.
