OGMORE VALLEY FAMILY DENTAL

I am absolutely appalled by the service I received here. I signed up as an nhs patient as, having been to a private dentist and being informed that I needed three fillings, I had to go nhs to afford it. My appointment was at 2. I was seen at 2.33, and was out by 2.36. I wasn't even greeted, just pointed towards the chair. He was looking in my mouth no more than 30 seconds, and without explaining anything, began scraping my teeth making my gums bleed heavily. He then said I was fine and needed no work. I questioned this, having had X-rays showing the cavities, and there being a literal, visible hole in my tooth, but he said my teeth were absolutely fine and he wouldn't do any work on them. He was rude and abrupt and ushered me out as quickly as possible. I am so unimpressed with the lack of care shown, I will now be saving up and going back to my original dentist.

A lovely welcoming practice. Very friendly and caring staff, they make you feel relaxed. The clinic is very clean. I would highly recommend this practice to others.

I've never had a bad experience here. The lady on reception is lovely and the dentists are very friendly and thorough. I wouldn't want to change dentists even if I move out of the valley.

I was referred to Ogmore valley family dental for an emergency appointment and was initially quite nervous but the staff at the at ease immediately. The dentist was very calm and helpful, showing me on the X-ray what was happening and explaining what needed to be done. I highly recommend this dentist!
