Coach House Dental Care

Fairly OK if slightly rushed dental care when I had it. . Have been seen a few times with no issue (other than a long wait) but was just slightly late (5-10 minutes) for an appointment and the dentist refused to see me (or even acknowledge me, the refusal was issued through the receptionist). Reception staff were lovely, but I am unhappy with the rude service from the dentist.

Emma is excellent dentist & team, they have looked after me for over 20 years, always feel welcome & met with a smile.

Not recomend THIS Coach House Dental Practice! Horrible service at booking my first appointment!!! I've given up and move to other practice.

Mr Allen is a brilliant dentist and offers the best advice. For years I have always been afraid of visiting a dentist, but not anymore. Would not go anywhere else.

Excellent dentist. Myself and my daughter are patients and we have always had a great experience. I have anxiety about going to the dentist and all the staff are so kind and understanding. They offer great advice as well as treatments. The dental staff remember us personally and we are always made to feel comfortable.

Was offered an appointment so cancelled my dental appointment with another surgery as the coach house is nearer, then less than 12 hours later they cancelled my appointment with nothing available for 2 months.

My dentist, Emma Pearce, is just INCREDIBLE. I have been going to coach house dentist since I was very young and I wouldn’t go anywhere else- I currently drive over 20 miles to go to coach house! The reception staff are so lovely. Everyone I’ve ever come across makes the scary experience of going to the dentist so much better. They always manage to put you at ease. I would recommended them to anyone.

Worst dentist practice i have ever been to in the last 25 years. Waiting 20 + minutes once i arrived to see someone yet im 2 minutes late because theres nowhere to park at the practice and they refuse to see me. Disgusting. Would actually be nice to see the same dentist every time i go but they never stay there long enough so i see i different person everytime. Absolute joke
