Eastside Dental

I went to Eastside after being left without a dentist for the last few years and needing treatment straight away. I'm a very nervous patient after emergency treatment abroad years ago which left me with a phobia . To start with the lovely Rosie on reception puts you straight at ease . She is kind ,friendly and does her very best to help you where ever possible. For my treatment I was lucky enough to be given Tom as my dentist. I can only say he was outstanding. He was very compassionate to my fear , and was gentle and patient while explaining the best route of treatment for me. He immediately put me at ease with his friendly chat and kind professional manner. He did a great job with no discomfort or pain during my treatment and although I will never enjoy going to a dentist Tom has certainly made it a lot easier for me and I'm very grateful I have been given such a wonderful dentist for all my future care. 5 ⭐ service from me for the staff at Eastside from nurses to reception staff and a huge Thank you for your care as when your really afraid it's exactly what you need. Excellent service all round.

I’ve been with Eastside dental before they moved to the modern SA1 area. Paul was our regular dental surgeon and as usual the service and care was superb. When the practice moved to SA1 my regular dentist changed to Dr. James. For several years Dr. James has taken great care of my teeth and gums, offering excellent advice to keep me with a happy smile. I’ve also had private work done at the practice such as teeth whitening and again, I’ve been very pleased with the care and after service. I’m trying to get my partner registered at this practice because this is a place I can trust and recommend.

I have the utmost confidence in all the staff who are always courteous and professional. Any dental work has always been carried out with the utmost care and highest standard, thoroughly explained and options provided. The surgery and waiting areas are spotless and I am delighted with my dentistry care. The text and email reminders are also greatly appreciated.

My first visit at Eastside Dental. Dr Mark Williams made me feel at ease and was extremely friendly. He explained my dental plan, cost of the treatments and I had the opportunity to ask as many questions as I wanted. I have a few appointments ahead of me to get my smile makeover but more importantly to ensure my teeth are healthy. I have no hesitation to recommend Dr Williams and the dental practice.

Every single person who works at Eastside Dental is kind, helpful and efficient. Everyone behind the desk is always happy to help and the dentists are always great at explaining exactly what is happening and how they can best help you. The surgery is always spotless and a really positive environment. As someone who doesn’t enjoy the dentist, Eastside Dental has always been a positive experience for me. A great team and a great practice.

Excellent service from Eastside dental. From the receptionists, assistants and dentist we received a personable and professional experience. Our dentist gave us information which was easy to follow and understand. We are new to the practice and have been several times now, I recommended them to family and all have transfered over to Eastside dental. We've had a horrible experience with our previous dental surgery, I know that with Eastside dental surgery my family is in great hands. Highly recommend.

So welcoming and friendly! From start the finish the team were happy to help and explained everything so clearly, I would 100% recommend this practice to anyone! They managed to get me in for an emergency appointment when I had been struggling to get one with my original practice. So clean and professional also. Thank you guys :)

Never been with Eastside before but had to bring my little girl here for a check up last week and I have to say what a amazing practice! The new lady on reception is a credit to you all! So helpful,polite and professional. The gentleman dentist we seen was great too, made my anxious little one feel at ease and the stickers made her day! Thank you all 😁
