Gentle Dental Practice

I phoned the practice, as I’m a great deal of pain in my upper and lower jaw. At first the receptionist was kind, but when I mentioned I was visiting my carer ( my own dentist is 170 miles away ), I was told to call another number and wait for 45 minutes. How bad does it have to get before a dentist can agree to treat a disabled man in so much jaw pain, before they agree to bring me in for some help? Now I am stuck waiting until tomorrow to call another number in the hope of getting on a list for help. In the meantime, I’m taking the strongest painkillers I can find. Ridiculous service.

I’ve nothing but praise for the treatment received at the Gentle Dental practice. My personal Dentist Pedro is totally professional and such a pleasant, approachable person it’s almost a pleasure to visit the surgery 😉 Thanks also to the support Staff

Always had a good experience here, but I missed a few appointments this year due to my father literally dying in hospital and my mind being elsewhere.

This place proved they don't care about their patients just the money as they took me off their system despite the situation I was dealing with and the fact I'm in pain.

The dental care in this country is currently a joke, especially when no dentist in the area will accept patients!

Every time my wife visits here she comes out in severe pain for days, the dentist is useless, and is out to make as much cash as he can regardless if the mess he makes.

If I could give no stars I would!! Absolutely appalling treatment with no care whatsoever. Crack in back of tooth, had 2 fillings because the fillings they were putting in kept falling out, and charged £48 each time!! The dentist decides the tooth has to come out £200 and takes out a front tooth because there was a crack in it, fitted a denture on a plate that "didn't fit at all" and dentist says "What do you expect me to do about it!!" Also has bits of old tooth literally coming through the top of gum. Will be taking this all the way. After publicly asking for people's opinions on this dental practice and the horrendous stories I have received this practice should be shut down.

Totally excellent they are a superb dentist practice and i would highly recommend them to anyone needing a dentist.They are a five star dental practice Bob.

Had filling last week and half of it fell out naw today the packing and rest of it fallen out. In agony made emergency appointment and they want to send me back. Not a chance I'll put up with the pain until a different dental surgery is available.

I am sorry that some people have had a bad experience with this practice because I have only ever had a really good one. I am a 'nervous patient' and from the very first contact I have totally had a good experience. The staff are kind, caring, professional and thoughtful. From the front desk to the dental surgeon and nurse they are first class in my opinion. Thank you Gentle Dental xx
