Mydentist, North Parade, Aberystwyth

Had my tooth out at room 5. Kinisha and the other lady (didn’t grab her name. She liked darts) made me feel at ease. Made the experience a lot more relaxing for me and took how I felt into consideration. As far as not very nice experiences go. They made it a lot easier

Recently required some dental work and made an appointment at this practice. The best experience I've ever had in a dentist. All the staff were very polite and welcoming. I was treated by Kinisha she was very thorough and explained everything to me. Her and nurses made me feel very relaxed and I was very happy with the work carried out. I would gladly recommend this dental practice to anyone who is nervous of dental treatment.

Went for an appointment here for a toothache. The surgery is clean, bright and welcoming.
The dentist and dental nurse were polite and professional. I found Kinisha to have a very calm and kind manner. She is very thorough.
All staff are civil and courteous.

Have been with this practice for 40+years which should speak for itself. Everyone involved is friendly and helpful. Communication is excellent and treatment first class. Would recommend to anyone.

Useless. Any time I try to make an appointment, the earliest is 6 months away, and they always cancel at the last moment. This has happened several times now. Waste of time.
They are also impossible to contact, and never respond to emails.

We haven't been able to see them for over three years. They always cancel at the last minute, then give you a new appointment for six months later (to be cancelled in due course)... Not so bad for me, but for a child not to be seen for years is irresponsible. Perfectly competent, if you ever get to see them.

Edit: We've managed! (June 2022) The dentist who saw us was excellent. They seem to be making an effort to catch up now.

If I could give them six stars I would! I've had a lot of treatment over the last few years, and have had excellent service from everyone there. Staff are helpful, friendly and professional, and Kinisha is the best dentist I've ever had - she's patient, efficient and kind. The practice is well organised - treatment options and payment are explained clearly, it's easy to book follow up appointments, and the text reminder system is useful. Thanks to all the team for keeping my treatment on track over the last year!
