Joined as a new patient a few weeks ago on the new scheme, staff are really friendly and the dentist was extremely obliging as well as his nurse, first class service

Rude Staff! Phoned in earlier today and woman on the other end sounded as if she didn’t want to be there, it was 9 o clock!
When I enquired about whether they could do anything to for the wire that’s sticking out of my braces she blatantly spoke “ there’s nothing we can do” and put the phone down.
This is poor!

Today I had an appointment, I showed up and the very rude and flippant lady racially profiled me, then proceeded to dismiss me by saying I must be in the wrong place then when I finally proved I had an appointment, she said your appointment was cancelled 2 days ago. No message was sent, no voice mail was left and I didn't receive a phone call. This is the 2nd time this dental clinic will cancel my appointment with no proper notification and make me wait a whole month!

My son was 5 mins late for his appointment... been in so much pain for days... and they wouldn't see him. Absolutely disgusting how they can leave a child in pain, when we were 5 mins late

I had an appointment today for a tooth extraction, to say I was nervous is an understatement! However my dentist Maria Morris was absolutely excellent!! It could not of gone better, didn’t feel a thing!! Maria explained everything to me about the process and constantly asked if I was ok during the process. I have always found the staff there very friendly. A big thank you to Maria and the team! 👍

They actually took me automatic out from NHS , without send me any letter or asking my for any appointments.

The worst Dentist in haverfordwest, waiting times of months, fillings are rushed and break, call making enquiry and they lie saying they will phone back but never do. Do not recommend.
