Always hated the dentist, but honestly it was almost a fun experience here! Everything was explained to me in an interesting way, without feeling serious and stressful. Definitely made the right choice to register with you. Thank you!

I usually get nervous when I go to a dentist but here they make you feel so welcome as soon as you go thru the front door, which puts you at ease right away, the dentist was so nice gave me lots of good advice, when I left I had a smike on my face. THANK YOU everyone for making it a good experience will be back

From reception to dentist cannot fault the welcoming. The advice given during appointment and care and attention during procedures. I only wish I'd had this level of detail 30yrs ago.

I booked an appointment before Christmas to visit my dentist in Caernarfon. They were fully booked which was understandable, however, the dental practice offered an alternative appointment early January. They were very helpful which was reassuring. I cannot thank them enough for their service.

I joined the practice last week. Excellent service, so welcoming, and my dentist Mr J Newland thoroughly examined my teeth and immediately noted the problems with my gums and how to correct that. Like most people, I don’t enjoy going to the dentist, but all the staff made my experience much more pleasant and stress free. Really pleased to have been able to join the practice and would thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful experience! Staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the dentist himself put me very at ease about the whole process. Dental work was quick and painless and I felt very reassured the whole time. As someone who has anxiety I felt the whole experience was as easy as it could possibly be, and I thank everyone at the practice for their kindness! Thank you :)

A very warm welcome by staff, my dentist Mr Newland was very pleasant, he looked over my teeth gums He made me feel at ease, complementing how well I clean my teeth 😁 he explained thoroughly what needed to be done in very near future. Definitely return to practice very happy with overall service this was my first visit to practice I felt very welcomed by all the team . Thank you 👌
