I had the bridges fitted when I was a lot younger and the colour didn't match and the fit wasn't straight.the fake teeth were huge and would be visible in photos. I was unhappy with my smile for years.
It was a long process that took multiple appointments but was so worth it.
The whitening didn't take too long, the bridges were then made to fit the new whiter shade.
The worst part was the 2 week's with the temporary teeth but again worth the wait.
Sally and Lowri were amazing answering all questions I had. 2 assistants with Lowri were also amazing at answering my questions and helping me to relax- due to a lot of past dentist trauma I was almost sick with nerves!
I cried at the end result as I'm so happy. It's still surreal that I haven't got to think twice before smiling.
My biggest regret is not taking before and after pictures 😭
Thank you so much everyone who was involved in my process 😊😊🥰
I felt totally safe with the measures for covid. The gentleman dentist who saw me was so friendly polite and reassuring. Honest too which is rare with dentists these days as some I've experienced in the past just want money.
All staff, receptionists and dental nurses were a delight.
I am so glad I remained a patient with Manor Road and think I will remain there for life.
Thank you. C
Mid.november the filling came out and i rang to see about a replacement and i confirmed over the phone it wouldnt be charged
I was then charged for the filling at the time, i should have read fine print (still looking) that theres no cover or guarantee's even short term for work done. Previous dentist replaced a previous filling with no issues as long as it was done by the practice previously within a time span.
Nothing wrong with the staff/actual dentistry, only miscommunication.
