I attended bupa and saw Joanna as she is the only nhs dentist currently working there and for this she deserves an award. I couldn’t have been happier with the work she did on my front teeth and she gave me my smile back which is one of the greatest gifts I think you can give to someone ! Thank you bupa and thank you Joanna and your assistant!!

Very happy with my experience. My dentist took her time explaining things to me was always pleasant also her assistant. Receptionist was so nice. Big smiles throughout the surgery. Very pleased with result even had a follow up appointment free of charge. Would highly recommend. I have been to many dentists over the years and would definately recommend this one. For price and care.

Honestly wish I could give 0 stars
Since Xavier left to go to London, I've had nothing but problems with this place. All main dentists are either horrible or completely useless. The only people who are any good there are the dental assistants and 1 hygienist.
No point having a phone number for here because "option 1" cuts you off straight away, and "option 2" to leave a message is ALWAYS full.
Trying to cancel an appointment and they're not even letting me. If they think they're charging me, think again. They had enough of my money every time they said "come back in 2 weeks and we'll sort it out" 5 appointments in a row... 1 extraction became 10 and I had to have Xmas Dinner in a blender. NEVER use this place again

Been going to this dentist for 4 months, so far not impressed, probably the worst dentist I have been to. I first booked an appointment needing an extraction and a filling, no nhs places available so had no choice but to go private. Had to pay £98 for a check up appointment with a dentist who was about to leave, he just stuffed the filling with temporary putty, that can be bought very cheaply at any pharmacy (which fell out same day) and did x rays. Had to go back with another dentist and was expected to pay for another checkup. Had my extraction and had to wait for a further appoint for my filling. Was then told this dentist had changed her hours and only works Saturdays, I have no choice but to book off work to go as seeing a different dentist would result in yet another check up charge.

This dental practice doesn’t care about patients just money, feel I have been robbed and receptionist is about as pleasant as a slap in the face. Receptionist has obviously better things to do than her job as answers and immediately hangs up on you when you call. AVOID this dentist.
