Viva Dental

I hadn't been to the dentist for a long time and to be honest never really trusted them. I went to Viva Dental after being recommended by a friend. I found all the staff exceptionally friendly and they really put me at ease, I now like going for my 6 month check ups with the dentist and can safely say that they have gained a customer for life!!!

I had an accident at work with a coffee table and ended up damaging 3 of my front teeth. I was able to be seen the same day at Viva dental and given a thorough examination. They were absolutely fantastic and really put my mind to rest. I have been back for a further visit since my initial visit and I'm glad to say that you really can't tell that there has been any damage to my teeth. I can't sing the praises of Dr Sabeti high enough. Thank you

They have cancelled a few appointments on me last minute and when I challenged them saying they have wasted my time they didn't like it and said they don't want to be my dentist any more. If the customer was to cancel an appointment they would loose a deposit but they can cancel with no comeback, if you challenge them they will lie by saying you are shouting. Terrible service. We won't be going back with our family of 4. Stay Away. They are only interested in money. Its a shame as when it was Paul Davy it was a great practice.

My experience today with Dr. Lorna Sabetti was excellent. I have had a terrible experience from another practice in the past. Dr. Sabetti and her assistant looked after me completely. I felt at ease, I was included me in every step of the procedure. There was no rushing and I was given breaks to ease my jaw. When I was contacted by the reception team it was a persona le conversation. I had my temperature checked and my hands sprayed and the room had extractor tubing so I felt Covid Safe.

Most thorough dental checkups I have ever experienced. Really good, and all the steps taken and cost of any treatment are clearly explained.
