Oh my goodness I literally had the best ever dentist experience in my life!! I'm highly dentist phobic and had already had a bad experience with my usual dentist trying to take my wisdom tooth out...saw jonnie and maddie who were so superb and so lovely as I sat there crying and shaking. It was over in a flash fairly painless and their care towards me was so amazing. If I ever need teeth out again I'm coming back. Thank you both so much

After having a accident and
causing trauma to face and teeth, I with hand on heart cannot thank Mr Pickup and his team for the compassion,care and pure professionalism that I received.
I was seen straight away and reassured that they would put the smile back on my face.
I still have more to be done , but you are doing a great job.

I have received a very good experience from this dentist.
I was booked in for a wisdom tooth abstraction and whilst initially fearful based on previous experiences at another practice, Grace rang me the day before and put my mind at ease. On the day of the abstraction, Dr Jonathan Kennair and his assistant took time to explain the procedure, constantly checking if I was ok and if I was in any discomfort. Overall excellent customer care. Highly recommended!

Not the most impressive building from the outside but on entry you are greeted by warm friendly smiling female receptionists full of compassion.My wait on both occasions was minimal and was seated in an extremely comfortable chair viewing highly satisfied patients on their way out.
On both my visits I was dealt with by Jonathan Kennair and his female assistant.The remainder of a deceased bottom front tooth was removed comfortably and with expertise.On my second visit an implant base was placed professionally with both Jonathan and his assistant constantly making sure I was comfortable and okay.Jonathan's concentration and attention to detail was first class.A highly diligent bond between Jonathan and his assistant shone.
My only criticism of the practice was this comment,"Dental charges are due on the day of your appointment." !! I can understand why this is done,but in my case I would prefer the final total bill at the end of my treatment which would be paid without fail..It would be less painful for me than the sporadic demands.Trust Hugh like I trust you.Got the final bill at the end as requested ,thankyou.
Looking forward to my next appointment with Dr.Ralph Pickup at the delightful dental practice.
A month on enjoying my restored smile after an implant procedure which was carried out to a very high standard.The actual implant is perfection and could quite easily pass for an original tooth and has brought normality back to my eating habits.Well done Ralph,you are amazing.

Went in today 22/06/21 for an emergency extraction. The dentistry by Mr Schofield himself was incredibly exceptional. Also the younger receptionist was extremely helpful and cheery which made the whole daunting process a lot easier. Best dentist I've been too. Looking to go private here.

I was referred to Schofield & Pickup due to botched cosmetic work from another dentist. The whole team has restored my faith in dentistry, I'd suffered a lot of pain and discomfort at the hands of previous dentist and I was afraid. This practice is nothing short of brilliant. I can 100% recommend to anymore. Best dentist in the area.
