Smart Dental Care - Rishton Dental Centre (Moved to Accrington Road)

Although I am not a registered patient with the practice, I visit it once a fortnight to collect the dental waste.
On entering the practice I am greeted by the lovely Subnam on the front desk.
This lady is an absolute pleasure to talk to and always has me in stitches. She makes my day and my visit is always more than just collecting waste. Well worth the visit.

Needed some help with a few treatments as I didn’t have the knowledge to understand which one to go for. Needless to say the lady serving me, I believe her name was Subnam was professional and was very easy to speak with. She directed me accordingly and it was a nice change from the usual conversations I’ve received from other practices. 100% would recommend!

Came with my mum, excellent service from the dentist and I believe her name is harley, she had a tooth out and they made her feel every relax and as clam as she could be. They was very kind to of seen me , I didn’t have a dentist but they booked me in within 2 week to get a tooth out that I had Been having pain with for a while. Would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend this dental practice. I saw Mrs Abbas. She worked miracles on my teeth. I have been trying to sort them for 3 years and this dental practice was the only one that actually helped me. The receptionist was super helpful getting me seen by a dentist and I didn't have to wait ages for an appointment. All the staff were amazing and made me feel relaxed. I owe these people my smile. They are true miracle workers. Thankyou to you all xx

Hi I've been coming go ghe practice and I think the receptionist subnam is great at her job and is very polite and helps with a smile and always helps out of her way to make sure I'm happy always happy to come to the practice,

Lovely experience made me feel very welcome when it was my first time, was feeling very nervous but as soon as I got there I didn't I felt calm and relaxed the dentist was lovely so was the nurse harley.

DO NOT USE! They get away with poor service because they are the only dentist in Rishton. It's worth spending 10 minutes travelling somewhere else.

Took them 3 days to answer the phone...

Receptionist chatting about her personal life while I wait on the phone for 10 minutes then starts an argument with me for asking if there answer phone was broke.

Finally make an appointment by coming into the practise in person. They make me wait 3 months, this is annoying but I understand they are busy.

Come in for my appointment and they tell me I'm not even registered there and they are not taking on new patients...

Very poor covid precautions for a medical facility. No face masks were worn by anyone despite me being told to wear one.

*EDIT* Very suspicious reviews recently. All positive reviews come within a few hours of each other from people who have not reviewed anything else. Theyve either started asking friends and family to positively rate this place or are fishing for positive reviews to balance out there negative score.

Sadly my experience with the administration staff here has been very below the standard you'd expect.

The dental practitioners have always been great however.

My dissatisfaction centres heavily around the poor communication. From never returning messages or emails to then repeated cancellations of my appointments and not contacting me to rearrange.

Then this week they cancel my appointment 2 days before after I've just spent £200+ on travel arrangements to specifically come back for it... yet the very next morning they then email me saying they've got appointments available... absolutely terrible communication when they're contradicting themselves.

Now I have to find a new practice as the one in Blackburn doesn't work for me.

Also after reading some of the other reviews I've also noticed a great number of fake reviews from accounts that aren't genuine. I've reported a handful.
