On entering the practice I am greeted by the lovely Subnam on the front desk.
This lady is an absolute pleasure to talk to and always has me in stitches. She makes my day and my visit is always more than just collecting waste. Well worth the visit.
Took them 3 days to answer the phone...
Receptionist chatting about her personal life while I wait on the phone for 10 minutes then starts an argument with me for asking if there answer phone was broke.
Finally make an appointment by coming into the practise in person. They make me wait 3 months, this is annoying but I understand they are busy.
Come in for my appointment and they tell me I'm not even registered there and they are not taking on new patients...
Very poor covid precautions for a medical facility. No face masks were worn by anyone despite me being told to wear one.
*EDIT* Very suspicious reviews recently. All positive reviews come within a few hours of each other from people who have not reviewed anything else. Theyve either started asking friends and family to positively rate this place or are fishing for positive reviews to balance out there negative score.
The dental practitioners have always been great however.
My dissatisfaction centres heavily around the poor communication. From never returning messages or emails to then repeated cancellations of my appointments and not contacting me to rearrange.
Then this week they cancel my appointment 2 days before after I've just spent £200+ on travel arrangements to specifically come back for it... yet the very next morning they then email me saying they've got appointments available... absolutely terrible communication when they're contradicting themselves.
Now I have to find a new practice as the one in Blackburn doesn't work for me.
Also after reading some of the other reviews I've also noticed a great number of fake reviews from accounts that aren't genuine. I've reported a handful.
