Firstly, these guys saved my bacon today THANK YOU, without their speed and great customer care my new year would have been miserable. I called for an emergency appt and I would like to thank the receptionist for her understanding - I had been working abroad for 4.5 years so lost my NHS registration with the practise - she fixed that for me, called me back within an hour - thank you to the Practise Manager for allowing me to re-register after considerable time out, and Thank you to Aga the delightful dentist and her lovely dental nurse who were very kind and understanding of my dental phobia and treated me with up-most courtesy and gentleness. I cannot rate this dental practise high enough for all their help and care.

Anyone who is nervous and needs to be put at ease register with these guys, trust me I had to go through most departments today and ALL were FIRST CLASS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Dentists change quite a lot, but are always friendly, consistent in their approach and on time. Difficult to rebook an appointment at a time which suits a busy family / school etc as lists booked up for ages.

I've always struggled with the dentist, leaving and feeling like I've been told off. But not today. The dentist (Rea) was so friendly, immediately putting me at ease and really listened to what I had to say. The nurse (Andie) was very personable and reassuring, treating me like a person and not a filling. I have my trust in dentists (and nurses) restored!

Receptionist very rude and bad at communicating with customers. The dentist practice very bad at cancelling appointments for N.H.S. Patients. But if you want to pay your have appointment next day.
Whole atmosphere of place very bad and treat customers very bad. Dentist always leaving can’t keep staff. I would not Recommend this place to anyone you only come here if it’s an essential or your with the N.H.S.

I phoned this morning to make a appointment for a check up, the receptionist was rude to me over the phone, I was not told that you can only cancel three times and I all ways make sure I change it. Because I had five cancel appointments in the past due to my working hours I have try to say to her about it and will not listen to me and I pay for my appointments aswell

My wife made an appointment for an emergency tooth extraction the next day and they tried to move her to another day. They also told us that if we wanted for that day we would have to pay more. Scam

Having already written a long review as to how I was treated after 25 years at this practice last week having been diagnosed with cancer your staff demanding I pay it or leave your not seeing the dentist to speak about what's happening and you already have kept some money which I'm owed and want me to pay more when I need to speak with dentist regarding treatment for cancer and you have removed it because TRUTH HURTS this place is a disgrace ,rude staff, and no respect no contact from you if it was my business I would certainly not like bad reviews, I would expect someone to have the curtesy and decency to ring me and apologise and put this right

I phoned to see if I could register as a new patient. It turned out that they're not taking new patients, and I accept that. The reason for this review is the dreadful attitude and manner of the receptionist who answered my call. She knew nothing, cared less, and was as unhelpful as it's possible to be.
