High Street Dental Practice

An excellent practice, I can't recommend them enough.

Due to an abscess developing below one of my teeth, I had to find a dentist quickly, despite not being registered with one. When I explained the situation, High Street Dental fitted me in on the same day with an emergency appointment. Reception staff were very courteous and helpful.

In the past I've always been extremely nervous of dentists, needles in particular, however that's changed thanks to the brilliant treatment I received. The dentist and her assistants were all lovely, really calming and talked me through everything each step of the way, I didn't even feel my injections.

I'm happy to have found a dentist I'm not anxious about going to, and I'm confident I'll never 'forget' a checkup again! Thanks High Street Dental!

My first visit to the practice. Staff were efficient and helpful! Will have no problem in going back when my next check-up is due.

Absolutely amazing place HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR NERVOUS PATIENTS. I have the biggest fear of the dentist and ALL the staff are amazing, calming, re-assuring. Working amazing with all the covid regulations. So happy I came to this practice. Cannot fault at all. And I love having to pay when book the appointment it's one more reason not to back out on the day!!!

Used to be really Good , Sadly very poor.
Inexperienced Dentists and poor customer service.
Not failing to take advance payment but failing to Text/email the appointment. They never call but claims they contacted you.
Very Disppaointed!!!

As someone who has been dental phobic for at least 55 years, I was lucky enough to get an appointment. The young lady (I cannot remember her name) was so positive, cheery and polite. I actually said I looked forward to going. Thank you for making a nerve racking experience a positive one.

Fantastic service and great dentistry from Mo. He fully explained what he was going to do before he did and afterwards carefully detailed what would happen next and why he did what he did. 5 star service in Shepton!

Called this practice today, the receptionist who answered was really helpful, gave me all the information I needed about joining, generally very friendly.

Amazing staff incredible staff all receptionists and staff are so friendly so helpful very supportive very kind very caring very polite. All dentists hygienists are supportive kind caring friendly very bubbly very sociable funny. The best dentist I've ever been to and I feel so comfortable relaxed had lots of work done thier and they really looked after me. As I have learning difficulties and many genetic problems they are so lovely always able to get appointments and to get treatments done and I never feel anything when having treatments and teeth cleaned
