Smart Dental Care - Smile Spa

Was a pleasant experience at the Smile Spa. The staff are all so polite and very welcoming. I was seen by a lovely dentist called Mariam and Hashim the dental nurse. Both made me feel very comfortable and were extremely thorough and professional in my treatment. They both went the extra mile to ensure I was on the best treatment for me. Would highly recommend!

Don’t even answer the phone how am I supposed to get an appointment this place has gone downhill.

It was a Good practice but they don't seem to pick the phone up. 1 hour from 9 to 10 I have tried calling them for an appointment but no it goes straight onto the answer machine. It's not good this needs to change.

The service from Smart Dental Care - Smile Spa is excellent.The staff on the booking in area are so friendly and very welcoming.

The hygienist did a super job on cleaning my teeth and was so friendly and nice as was her assistant as well.

The dentist did an excellent check over of my teeth and gave clear information to me on the best way to look after my teeth.
His assistant was very nice and friendly and added my information to the dental record as the dentist checked over my teeth.

I would recommend this Dental practice to a friend where you will get Professional service in a very friendly and kind way.

It is with regret that I must say patient care has deteriorated significantly since smart dental took over at louise southworth. Dentist turnover is reflective of a declining practice. Calls are rarely answered. Appointments for nhs patients including women and children are being cancelled whilst private patients are accommodated following an artificial distinction over dentist working roles.

I had a filling booked in for yesterday and a check up for next week. I couldn’t fault the dentist and his assistant who looked after me but when I asked the receptionist to double check my check up appointment I was told it was cancelled! No one had informed me, apparently it was booked in error. When I challenged this, it was identified that my last checkup was in March which meant I was due an appointment in September. I am now booked in for January which is almost a year on from my last check up

Britney was very helpful over the phone when booking my appointment. Very thorough and polite young lady.
